During our morning walk, we were guided around the area while linking local history to Japanese history, and we had a special time that was much more than just staying overnight.

I came here to celebrate my birthday at the recommendation of a friend.I frequented the area often and there was a small sign, so I was curious about it but hadn't looked into it, but my friend went there to celebrate her birthday and she said it was great, so I decided to go here to celebrate my own birthday. I went there.Very quiet place. I'm sure the stars will look beautiful too. It's not even that rural.Perfect for relieving the fatigue of the city. All of the dishes use soy sauce from Maruto Soy Sauce and have an elegant taste.Personally, I would like a little bit more. However, the rice (conger eel and soy sauce koji lees) was so delicious that I had planned to take it home as rice balls, but I ate it all and ended up feeling full.Maybe it was crowded that day, or maybe the food was delivered a little late.Perhaps because of that, it was quite easy to have a casual conversation in the rare silence. As expected, it's too close to my home so I can't stay overnight, so I'll be visiting again on our anniversary.

Yoshino Mountain Cherry Blossoms and Brain Ten Shrine Travel Accommodation Recommendations from Ikkyu.comCheck out the photos introducing the second-floor bedroom, which is an innovation from Nara's oldest soy sauce brewery.Since Mt. Yoshino is the destination, it is just right. From Hari Interchange to Muroji Temple and Hasedera TempleIt is also good that it is located in a convenient location to Asuka, Shorinji Temple, etc.In fact, the mansion and gate in the traditional Nara architectural style are in a different space. The dining area is in a beautiful shoin style. The artistic beauty of the pillars and railingsWhile being surrounded by Kaiseki, you can feel the care and attention to detail in each dish.Local eggs served at breakfastI still remember my surprise when I broke it.Egg yolk is whitish lemon colorI'm surprised that chicken feed can make such a difference.Located in a forest designated as a natural monumentMuraya Shrine, the Nara Sanzan seen from the Yamato River, the Path of the Sun, etc.The walk with an easy-to-understand guide by the head of the family, Kimura, was also memorable.

I stayed with my family. The parking lot and entrance are a little difficult to find. The room had a warm and calm atmosphere with indirect lighting. There was no television, so I felt disconnected from time. The toilet, bath, and sink were very clean and easy to use. The bath is made of cypress wood and has a relaxing scent.I was able to enjoy the taste of soy sauce both at night and in the morning. I guess the reason they don't use condiments like ginger or green onions is to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients and soy sauce. It was my first time to eat sashimi with moromi salt, and it left a deep impression on me.Alcohol also progressed. Although I was visiting from Fukushima Prefecture, I was a little happy to see that they had wine from neighboring Yamagata. The staff were also very pleasant and kind. Thank you for your warm response even though I arrived later than planned. The morning walk was also fun. Although the weather wasn't great, it felt like a school trip. We had a great time.

I stayed here on my wedding anniversary.Although I was traveling with an infant, I was treated with warmth and care in every way, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time despite the inconvenience.I stayed in a wooden room, and while the exterior had the atmosphere of a historic warehouse, the interior was clean and comfortable, and my family of three had a relaxing time there. The meal was a valuable experience that completely changed the way I valued soy sauce. It's worth staying just to enjoy the truly delicious soy sauce that makes you wonder what real soy sauce tastes like.If you have time, I think you should definitely take part in the tours and guided tours where you can learn about the history of Malt soy sauce and the history and culture of the area. It was easy to listen to the story, and I'm really glad that I was able to stay at this inn in Nara, so I enjoyed it and learned a lot from it.I would like to stay there again when my children are older, and I would highly recommend this inn to my relatives and friends.

One of the best hotel stay experience I ever had! Highly recommend all to book the dinner package along with the hotel stay.Dinner: Every single dish has their own soy sauce incorporated in it - from sashimi, to fish, vegetable, meat and even dessert.Room: So well maintained, no dusty corner and the fresh smell of tatami. No mouldy wood at the toilet.
