By far the worst inn I've ever stayed at. I thought there were a lot of good reviews, but there aren't any recent reviews. I seriously did itThe food I was looking forward to was just terrible. In the first place, there was only one other customer at the time of the meal, so I had a hunch that it would be a disaster, but I was right.Sashimi, just 5 or 6 pieces of sashimi. It's not very fresh either.Steamed in a clay pot. It was just a piece of meat that I couldn't tell what kind of meat it was. The soup stock wasn't a big deal either. The main course, Ise lobster, was just fried shrimp with mayonnaise that wasn't very large. The shabu-shabu meat was pretty good, but that's about it.Anyway, if the number of items is small, the overall quantity is ridiculously small.Kaiseki cuisine can be enjoyed with more ingenuity.I thought it was a good thing, but to be honest, it feels presumptuous to call this kaiseki cuisine, as it lacks any ingenuity or subtlety or depth in seasoning. It's still acceptable if it's in the low 10,000 yen range, but it's a bit unbelievable to get 20,000 yen with this quality. My personal opinion is that accommodations have a certain level of quality, so for accommodations that are worth 10,000 yen, you need to set a reasonable price, and if you charge an unreasonably high price, it's almost like being scammed. It makes you feel. I don't think an inn of this rank should be priced at 20,000 yen.

You can watch the fireworks from your room's terrace. Although it is a Japanese-style room, it is quiet and relaxing. However, there is a fairly steep slope from Atami Station, so it would be best to request a shuttle. Dinner meals are not available unless you make a reservation. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so be careful!

Although it is an old building, it is very clean. The bath is old, but there's a small sauna, and you can take a morning bath for free. For this price, it's a great value. It's enough if you don't want anything special from the hotel, and I'd rather use it again 😌It's difficult if you don't come by car, but it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Atami Station.I stayed here and enjoyed drinking lots of beer and eating fish at a restaurant near Atami Station (lol) There's also an izakaya, so I think there's another way to enjoy it 👍The room on the 3rd floor has a spectacular view as it is on a hill.It was cloudy when I went, but if the weather is nice, I think you can see a nice sunset and sunrise.
