Although it's right in front of the station, the sound of trains doesn't bother me that much.

I come here several times a year. Everyone's reviews are terrible. I love old inns like this. It's strangely calming and I can sleep soundly. The wife cooks and manages the whole thing by herself, so I understand that the rooms are... A slightly younger lady takes care of the cleaning during the day, replacing the landlady. It's worth the price. It's only a 40 minute walk to Sakurai Station on the Kintetsu Line. You can also find a convenience store and the same restaurant within a 5 minute walk. Such a convenient accommodation. There are a lot of facilities out there, and the ROUTE INN across the street has the same conditions, but I don't think it's a good value for money. If you don't understand the joy of staying at an old, cheap hotel, go to a luxury hotel with many stars. Those who write useless reviews... I would like to advise you not to enter this place from the beginning.

First of all, it may be difficult if you don't have a generous heart. When I choose a ryokan or hotel when I travel, I always choose an old facility with a Japanese-style room that feels a bit Showa-era, but I also looked at the photos and decided on this one. I had a certain idea of what would happen based on the information I received beforehand, but I felt that it was quite unlikely. First I paid the money, then I asked where to park the car.It says there is a parking lot for 6 cars, but there was a customer ahead of me, so there was an SUV and 2 regular cars parked, so I couldn't park my car, so it would be difficult even for a light car. The landlady told me that there was a place nearby where I could park for 24 hours for 200 yen, so I had no choice but to park there.I was shown to my room on the third floor. The futon and sheets were clean, but they had not been vacuumed and there was hair on the mats, which made it feel unsanitary. The age of the room is acceptable, but I would like it to be cleaned. There was some mechanical noise in the room, but it didn't really bother me. The toilet did not have a washlet and the toilet seat was broken and was repaired with tape. As for breakfast, the taste was normal, but the bowls were not washed and had dust on them, so it felt unsanitary. I'm elderly so please take it with a grain of salt, but even if it were 3,000 or 4,000 yen, it's only 5,900 yen, so I'm not happy about it. Probably won't use it next time.*When I was leaving, I was asked to pay the bill even though I had paid the accommodation fee the previous day. (I had already paid the bill the day before and received a handwritten receipt.) I almost got charged twice.

I went on a trip to Nara with my company president.Even though the proprietress runs the place by herself, the futons are neatly lined up and the location is good, making it a great place for a group to stay. The reviews are terrible, but I like it! Something like this.We had a great time without worrying about anything.Let's all enjoy it and leave it.

The water in the toilet and shower in the room had been turned off after 5 a.m., so I couldn't go out. The shutter on the front door was closed, but I could easily open it by hand. Since I was leaving early in the morning, I had no choice but to go to the public toilet on the opposite side of the station.
