I stayed at this hotel this time because it had good reviews. As for my impressions after staying there, it's a shame because the matsutake mushroom kaiseki was delicious.First, hot springs! It seems to be a simple hot spring, but the water is tasteless and odorless, so even when I was in it, it was just like regular hot water...I think the water quality is much better at super public baths. The problem is the room.Honestly, the walls are too thin.I was surprised that I could hear the conversation in the next room.I tried to go to bed after 11pm, but I couldn't sleep because I could hear the conversation next to me, so I got in trouble and called the front desk to get confirmation.I think the staff helped me lower my voice a little, but I can still hear it clearly.Let me tell you, the person next to me is just having a normal conversation. That's how thin the walls are...I recommend bringing earplugs. Also, it seems like there are several group reservations per month, so I think it would be a good idea to check. If you are a student, I think it will be very noisy. There was also the sound of drainage from the toilet and bath in the room, so those who are sensitive to noise should be careful.I stay at accommodations about 10 times a year to relax, but this is my first experience like this.Even in cheap hotels overseas, it wasn't this bad.It would be good to increase the number of guest rooms by building an additional building, but I don't think it's a good idea to have an aging building and a run-down air conditioner that smells of mold and is covered in dust.Owner.Don't worry too much about how it looks, think about what's inside. If an earthquake comes, it will definitely collapse!

My husband and I used it. Recently, more and more hotels are allowing check-in and check-out without face-to-face contact, but at this hotel, the front desk and room attendants were polite and gave us a good impression. The building itself felt old, but every corner has been cleaned and feels clean. I was satisfied with the taste and quantity of the food for both dinner and breakfast. The best part was the night walk to Mt. Shigicho Gomikoji Temple guided by the hotel staff. We're not used to visiting temples at night, so it can be a bit uneasy to be alone, but listening to the staff's humorous explanations while walking at night was a great memory. All the staff took good care of my pregnant wife, which made me feel at ease. I would like to use it again.

A hidden tourist hotel located on Mt. ShigiThere are many amenities, and the hot springs are very comfortable with an open-air bath. The food is plentiful and the location is conveniently located close to the Tora no Hi shrine. For leisure, there was a bridge where you could bungee jump!It was cool because it was on top of the mountain ^ ^

Everyone was so helpful and kind! Close to Chogosonshi-ji Temple so we could walk around as much as we wanted. The onsen was so relaxing too. We got breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious!
