the picture does not match the original. ordered via Traveloka and got the price of 500 thousand, instead they were given a room in another building which didn't have an elevator even though they got the top floor. the receptionist was not a solution, couldn't get a refund even though I paid much more than the usual price. super bad experience, the place is not very clean and the parking is narrow.

At first I was hesitant to stay here because I saw quite a lot of reviews saying bad things about this hotel, but after trying to stay it turned out that it wasn't completely like the negative reviews, there were only a few at the reception where the receptionist wasn't responsive enough and didn't smile when welcoming guests, hopefully in the future can be improved... your smile is part of the best service... and there is nothing to lose if you smile and be friendly to guests who comeHopefully this can be improved...so that the hotel has more excellent service...
