We did the Kumano kodo trail and stopped at the Onsen to rest. The restaurant staff was well trained in speaking English and Spanish and provided us with a map and information on the way.The beautiful Onsen with mountain views and a very nice garden. A little expensive for the level of facilities but the views make up for it.The only thing we didn't like was the washer and dryer, it didn't finish washing properly and in order to dry the clothes we had to put it up to 3 times and it still didn't dry completely and because of that we had a misunderstanding with the receptionist who didn't understand that two backpackers spent so many hours in the hotel hall (well we had to wait 3 hours for the clothes to dry). However, the next day I approached him because I had forgotten my hat and my walking stick and he returned them to me with a smile.A comforting place after 3 days of walking.

Day trip bathing on August 20th after Obon. The changing rooms were a little old, but the bathtub was reserved for private use and was great. An employee said it was crowded during the Obon period.

A hotel located in Totsukawa Village, where all inns claim to have their own natural hot spring water. The hot springs are drinkable and the quality of the hot springs seems to be quite good. However, I am a little dissatisfied with the structure of the bathtub. Since the source temperature is high, it can't be helped that the water temperature is high, but I also wanted a lukewarm bathtub. Many facilities have been removed since the coronavirus, but I was also happy to see that there was a hot spring bath. The sauna was quite small. You can see the mountain range from the open-air bath, but the high wall was a bit disappointing.

Spacious and clean, with a free-flowing bathPerfect for relaxing with a sauna and cold bathThe food on the second night was delicious with different menus for breakfast and dinner. This is the only one that is the best! ! There was no such thing asI can't say anything about the cost performance.I think it's a good location if you're going to use Totsukawa as your base and move around. There's nothing around, so I have to buy it from nearby.I could only find one convenience store in the village. It's quite far...

Use at day trip hot springsIt's been a few years since I've been there, but it wasn't crowded and I went in slowly. There are no lockers in the changing room, so you have to put your valuables in the lockers at the front. It costs ¥100, but I'll come back.Bathing is ¥1000I think hot springs are nice, but I think they're a little expensive. There is a souvenir shop, but it may be a little strange.I think it's a good place to stay

An inn with a drive-in deep in the mountainsIt's deep in the mountains so it can't be helped that it's expensive. The rooms are relatively quietThe hot springs are no more than a typical drive-in public bath. However, if you are heading to Tamakiyama Tamaki Shrine and are not familiar with inns, I would recommend this place.Even if I don't say that I'm an elderly person,If you have elderly people, this is the only place for you.I don't recommend it unless you have to stay overnight due to your schedule.Additional notesAlso, including the restaurant, it's almost the same as it was 30 years ago.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Loved the tranquil location, the beautiful onsen, and the lovely Japanese style room. The staff were excellent, always doing their utmost to provide the best service. On our last day, the rainy season arrived, and there was a torrential downpour. Due to the dangerous weather, the bus we were planning to catch to Gojo we could make it to our flight out of Kyoto that evening was cancelled, and we had no idea what to do. One of the hotel staff offered to drive us TWO HOURS to the nearest station in the pouring rain, at no charge, so that we would make it to our flight. Truly unparalleled hospitality and kindness.
