Thank you for your warm hospitality and delicious food yesterday 😊 I stayed here to visit Tamaki Shrine. The building and rooms are retro from the Showa era and have a very nostalgic atmosphere. The fluffy cotton futon, the decorations in the room, etc. felt nostalgic to me, and although I felt warm, I felt like I was returning to my late grandmother's house, and I almost burst into tears. The view from the room was amazing, and there were three open-air baths, all of which were in great locations! ︎The view from the open-air bath on the top floor is rarely seen. The hot water flowing straight from the source is also good. Dinner and breakfast were also very delicious! Dinner is plentiful and includes botanical hotpot, grilled fish, fried venison, mehari sushi, mackerel sushi, sashimi, udon, and much more. The breakfast venison, grilled fish, vinegared food, miso soup, ohitsu rice, and more were all very delicious. I can see that both the female and male staff are doing their best. I was very impressed by the two warm and hospitable female staff members and the quiet but sincere male staff member. It's quite far from Kanto, but I've found another guesthouse that I love. Thank you everyone for the great time🍀(^_^)

Amazing view ✨The boar and deer meat was delicious🌟A place you can't experience in the city✨The view from the bath and the stars from the hot spring in the middle of the night were extremely beautiful, and I saw meteors about 3 times. The hot springs are hot ♨️ I used a hose to add water to the temperature that suited me ♨️ It was great 😆

Great location! If the timing is right, you can use the private bath for 1 hour for 1000 yen! The location on the upper floor is good, but it all depends on your luck. The bathtub is quite shallow and you have to lie down to soak it up to your shoulders. There's a sulfur smell, but even after you get out of the bath, you'll be warm and sweaty for over an hour lol*Free parking availablePrivate bath for about 1 hour 1000 yenNaturally flowing from the sourceIt's an old and narrow building, but they have shampoo, body wash, soap, etc. that you won't find offensive.Accommodation possibleRoom without meals: 4,900 yen~From 9,500 yen with meal*In the best location, you can enjoy a private bath at a reasonable price that cannot be found anywhere else! It has been certified as a brownish recommended hot spring with a perfect rating.

I stayed here for one night while cycling.Prices are cheap. The staff are friendly and kind.Yes, they left me alone, so I felt comfortable. The food, which focuses on game meat, is delicious. After eating fried amago, deer cutlet, botan nabe, and a piece of tuna, I snapped a photo. Most of all, I liked the three hot springs with different temperatures.postscriptJune 2023Hot springs are really good!People from overseas are also coming.

We stayed here on our way from Kumano Sanzan to Mt. Koya. There are 3 open-air baths that can be used 24 hours a day with natural hot spring water from Totsukawa Onsen. It is a private bath where you can enter an empty bath and lock it from the inside, instead of separating men and women! The open-air bath on the 5th floor has a spectacular view (it's quite open lol), and there are 2 showers, complete with shampoo, soap, and hair dryer. The third floor also has an open-air bath with a roof and one shower, and the second floor has an indoor bath with a window but no shower.Anyway, the hot water was good, and I was able to relax and use the water freely as I reserved it. The sunset scenery in the mountains, the moonlight at night, and the morning bath were amazing✨The hot springs are hot, but you can adjust the temperature with water.Dinner was Botanabe, the miso was delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes such as mehari sushi and fried venison, so I ordered a second helping of rice. The dried horse mackerel for breakfast was also delicious! The building itself is old, but it was cleaner than I expected and I was able to spend my time there comfortably.Above all, the staff were kind and helpful, and I also met people who had walked the Kumano Kodo trail at the same hotel, making it a truly heartwarming stay. thank you very much.In other words, the stairs are steep, so those with walking problems may need to be careful.

Stayed in Golden Week on the way to Kohechi. There are three baths that can be reserved for private use, and timing is difficult when it's crowded. However, the two open-air baths had good views and we soaked in them for a long time.Mehari sushi and Sanma sushi were served as meals.

I used it for walking around Koheji. It is important to note that the building is 5 floors high and there is no elevator, but at 9,500 yen for one night and two meals, I think it is a good inn with good cost performance and delicious food. The hot springs are sodium bicarbonate springs with a temperature of 60 degrees and a pH of 7.5.There are two open-air baths and one indoor bath, and you can bathe in the hot springs for 24 hours. If you are staying at Totsukawa Onsen while walking around Koheji, we recommend staying at this inn.
