It was an old private house typical of Nara, and it was a wonderful space with a private lodging, cafe, and shop. The cafe is not large, with one two-seater seat and three counter seats, but it is bright, clean, and neat, and has a very good impression.I was seated in a seat overlooking the courtyard, and it was so comfortable that I wanted to stay forever, and I was able to spend a relaxing time in the warm sunlight. This time I only ordered hot coffee, but the quantity was plentiful, the cup was stylish, and I was very satisfied with both the appearance and the taste! And I was surprised at the reasonable price.Next time, I would like to try the set meal and the fried egg, which look very delicious.

Yuta-san has reserved a very relaxing, quiet stay for us. He speaks English very well, it was nice to be able to chat with him from time to time! His breakfasts are traditional and very good, I miss the mushroom soup...

I passed by several times and it was always closed, but I happened to see a noren curtain open so I couldn't help but pop in for my first visit.A vacant old Nara townhouse that has been standing in the town for over 100 years has been taken care of and renovated into a cafe and accommodation facility. It was originally the home of the owner, Mr. Sugimoto's grandmother. The café is located in a corner of a townhouse-style house with a long dirt floor that runs through the middle of the house through a noren curtain and a sliding door, creating a clean, natural, and modern space with a view of the beautiful small garden. It's nice to be able to see the porch beyond the window.Lunch includes daily tea and rice set for 880 yen.Two people can share one plate of Okan Tamagoyaki for 330 yen.1045 yen per person.Very reasonable price for Nara town.Although he modestly says, "It's not a flashy or good-looking menu,"The tea rice made with roasted soybeans and hojicha mixed with Hinohikari from Nara is simply exquisite and delicious! The simmered dried daikon radish sprinkled with sansho pepper powder, the miso soup filled with narazuke and salted kelp, large pieces of gluten and mushrooms, and the tamagoyaki made just like my mother were all delicious.Coffee and sweets are also on the menu. The sweets are apparently ordered from famous shops in Naramachi.I was very satisfied with the dish, which was so nutritious that I wanted to eat it every day. There is a table for 2 people and 3 seats at the counter, which can accommodate 5 people. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing lunch.Thank you for the meal.

I passed by and the noren at the entrance had a cute design, and it looked good, so I went in.The scent of mosquito coil adds to the calming atmosphere. Also, it's nice to be able to see the courtyard. There was food and a cafe.I used it at a cafe, but unfortunately it was summer vacation and most cafes didn't sell desserts...The atmosphere was very nice and the price was not expensive, so I would like to come back again!

It was a Japanese-style guest house with a view of a Japanese-style garden. 10 minutes walk from Kintetsu Nara Station, one of the prefecture's largest terminal stations. The traditional public bath located across the street from the historic capital is a wonderful place that you should definitely visit. There is a living space and a bedroom on both the first and second floors, making it ideal for large families or group trips. There is also a convenience store (7-Eleven) within a 5-minute walk.A 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station, one of the largest terminal stations in Nara.
