Basically, it's comfortable and the facilities are new, so it's good, but in terms of luxuries, I'd like to have toothbrushes and combs, and it would be even better if there were plastic wrap and kitchen paper.

A few points for other travellers to note: First, reception was unmanned and you need to check in with an internet connection. You also check out online. So make sure you have data. Second, there was a rather unpleasant smell in the washroom out side the bathroom, something like rotten food in a drain, which reduced our enjoyment of the stay. It was a good location, near the station, and with konbinis nearby, and the room was spacious for a Japanese hotel, with a kitchenette and dining table.

It was a great place to stay. I stayed there for two weeks and found it very convenient. A Family Mart is just a minute away, and Kamata Station is a five-minute walk. There are also several salons and barbers nearby. The area boasts a good selection of cafes and restaurants. If you enjoy exploring on foot, the neighborhood is quite beautiful.Room service is provided every three days, but you can request towels or additional soap as needed.The toilet is good. There’s a shower with a bathtub, a separate powder room, and a toilet.The room is small but efficient. It includes a top-load washing machine, a fridge, a sink, a microwave, and an electric stove.The security to enter the hotel and room is by number. But unfortunately our room door can’t work, have to use key.Overall it’s a good stay. Thanks 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The bunk bed in room 208, the upper bunk is very dangerous! Reason: The gap in the guardrail on the left is large, and the gap on the right is even larger! The right side of the bunk bed in Room 208 is supposed to be against the wall, but the right side of the bunk bed in Room 208 is more than 30 centimeters away from the window, making it easy for even adults to fall. The child almost fell out of the bed from the left side of the upper bunk in the middle of his sleep. Fortunately, he was caught by an adult in time, otherwise he would definitely have to be sent to the hospital for emergency treatment! This design is obviously inconsistent with the Japanese's rigorous attitude towards work. Travelers who are afraid of falling out of bed are advised to avoid booking bunk bed rooms.The toilet seat and the toilet were purchased together, but there is a huge difference in length. Even if it does not affect the use, it still does not conform to the turtle-hair character of the Japanese, which is impressive.

The rooms are great. But our toilet seat was not cleaned at all. Looks like the guy before us didn't know how to aim. And was also too lazy to lift the seat. But other than that, the room is clean and quaint. We found it interesting that no one was at the from desk. It's not bad. It's just different from what we're used to.

Here is the recommendation of the place;You have an SNS like Line, but your response time is very slow and unhelpful. The manual for your place is messy and difficult to understand. The timing for changing towels and the delivery time is not clear at all!This is not typical of the Japanese standard of accuracy as of I know this country.

Check-in experience was very smooth and room was good. Quite close to Haneda airport and JR Kamata station. The only thing is there aren't railways/buses through midnight so need to reach hotel via taxi which can be expensive. Felt like serviced apartment

At the time of check-in, the person in charge could not speak Japanese, but on the contrary, I was asked to speak English, so I was surprised and unexpected.No toaster or rice cooker for long staysSince the IH is single, even if you want to eat rice, main side dish, and soup/miso soup, you have to cook them one by one, so it is not suitable for self-cooking or saving money.It can be used for fried eggs for breakfast or yakisoba-type a la carte dishes.Electronic There was a microwave, but it seemed like it was being used to prepare pizza and cheese-based bread, and when I tried to cook it, the whole room smelled like cheese, and even with the ventilation fan running, it was disgusting! ! I have the deodorant Breeze, but I get so anaerobic from spraying it every time that I end up not using the microwave anymore.The room I was assigned this time, room 105, has bunk beds so that it can sleep multiple people, so it's cramped and small.The room doesn't get sunlight, so it's always dim and it gets really dark if the light isn't on all day.Clothing storage is a half-closet. There are only 3 hangers, which is clearly not enough.The capacity is for 4 people, but it is quite unreasonable.As soon as I entered the room, I started to experience sneezing allergy symptoms.When I looked, there was a lot of dust on the air conditioner, bathroom dryer, NanoEX generator, and the filters in the toilet and sink room.There was also dusty air conditioner vents near the window frames and sashes, and where there were curtains. There were so many beads of dust stuck to the upper panel of the bunk bed I was sitting in. I cleaned it myself and ventilated the room for a while.It was an uncomfortable and clean modern stay for two weeks.Since I can't normally cook for myself, I'm looking for a hotel stay that includes breakfast for a longer stay and it's cheaper.I liked the fully automatic bath, bathroom dryer, and easy-to-use washing machine.

Near Kamata station, walk 5 minutes, near supermarket. Kitchen, washing machine and dryer are quite satisfactory. Rooms are not big. The bed is bunk but the ceiling is low so several times my head hit the ceiling when I woke up from the top bunk.

To acces you have to put a PIN code in the lock of the doors. It is too sensitive. If you do it wrong a few times it lock the door for five real minutes!!!! Not practical at all

Good place near kamata train by 10 mins walk. Stayed for 8 days 7 nites no housekeeping at all. We were out all day everyday so dont mind it at all since they provide rubbish bin at level 1 to throw but will be nice to at least make up the room. Its self checkin counter. Facilities is great have washing machine n dryer

I was unable to enter the building due to a slight problem during check-in. When I answered the phone at that time, the noise was so loud that I could barely hear what was being said.The room was littered with trash and the bathroom was disgusting with hair and red mold.I won't be using it in the future.

Clean on bed mattress, kitchen wares. Family mart is just next to the hotel. Station is close. Warm in the room n toilet. Comfortable.
