Accommodation rates and facilities are reasonable. Heijokyo ruins are also nearby. However, the monkey next door is making a fuss late at night, and there is no front desk staff and the walls are extremely thin, so there is no way to deal with it. It is better to stay overnight as if you were visiting the zoo.

Although it was very simple, the room was very clean and the sheets were comfortable. If I remember correctly, I was able to stay with my child for less than 6,000 yen, so I have no complaints. After all, the location is great! The front desk also feels good. One negative point is that the pillow looks like an azuki pillow? The pillow was small and didn't make my head feel very comfortable.

During the cherry blossom season, a twin room without meals costs about 16,000 yen. Is it a really bad hotel? It was. I arrived around 8pm, but to my surprise, there was no "front desk". Since there is no lobby, the hotel cannot call itself a hotel or inn under the Inns and Hotels Act. Since it is unmanned, is there a contact number that also includes the location of the parking lot? I couldn't find out unless I contacted them. (Actually, in the morning, the shutters of the real estate agent next door open to reveal the front desk and a small lobby.)The guest rooms are probably renovated rental properties that are over 30 years old, and there are no elevators. The bathroom was small, "no washlet", hair was falling, and the cleanliness was poor. The only usable thing was that it came with a small sink and an IH cooking heater, probably because it was an apartment. There was even a kitchen knife. No cutting board. The appliances that come with it are amazing, and although there is a hair dryer, it was made in 2009 and 15 years have passed since it was manufactured, so I was worried about fires. The air conditioner is also vintage, making it feel like you've traveled back in time 30 years. The remote control was a generic one, and although it worked, it also changed color and was so dirty that I didn't want to touch it. Since there is no lodging book, the Nara City Public Health Center should immediately revoke the inn business license here or give guidance, such as turning it into a simple lodging facility. Everything is below a love hotel.I don't know if it's inbound or not, but if you're Japanese, you probably won't stay here again. It was so suspicious that I didn't use the WI-FI. A Chinese person was staying in the next room, but I felt a bit sorry for him. It might be a good deal with the weaker yen.I forgot my favorite makeup bag, but when I contacted them the next day, they said they didn't have it.We received a response from the hotel. ``Since the coronavirus pandemic, we have been trying to maintain a no-contact approach and have become an unmanned facility.'' However, under the Hotel Business Act, unmanned operations are not permitted. Even so-called love hotels (which are treated as simple accommodations and are a gray area due to vested interests) also have a reception desk. Please check with your local health center. Also, in the morning, the shutters at the entrance are raised and the front desk appears, so it doesn't seem like there is no contact due to the coronavirus pandemic. What worried me most was the deterioration of electrical appliances. Recently, fires caused by deteriorating electrical appliances such as hair dryers have become a problem. This is why we do not buy electronic appliances that are more than 10 years old even in second-hand sales. I believe the purpose is to reduce personnel and equipment costs, but once a fire occurs, there is no going back. Above all, it is a great humiliation for people overseas to think that this is a ``hotel'' in a famous tourist destination in Japan. We would like to see improvements in the service and aging facilities of a youth hostel. The price was also something that Japanese people could not afford.

It's a 10 minute walk from Yamato Saidaiji, it's cheap, and the front desk staff (maybe the owner?) were polite, kind, and helpful! ! ! !The rooms are equipped with refrigerators, unit baths, TVs, flashlights, electrical outlets, etc. There's no USB or Wi-Fi.It's simple and quiet. I was able to relax very well!

I used it when I was on a business trip.It seems like the company housing was converted into a hotel. There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb the stairs. The room is very spacious with a slightly raised bed in the middle.◼︎Good point◼︎・Plenty of space even for suitcases・There is a sink and an IH cooking heater, so you can cook with any cooking utensils.・There is a water heater that provides hot water at the appropriate temperature! ! (most important)◼︎Bad points◼︎・Parking lot is a little difficult to find・There is no convenience store nearby, so you have to walk a little while shopping.・There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, the stairs can be difficult.Personally, the water heater made baths and showers more comfortable.I want to use it again.

I visited by myself on my bike during the holidays in September.I parked my bike next to the entrance and couldn't afford the parking fee.It would be nice if the room facilities were like this, but this price setting is the best for this location. The room was clean and I was very satisfied with the hotel. Also, I will definitely use it when I go to Nara.
