Although we have no plans to use it, it is located on a mountain pass between Fukuoka and Saga prefectures, and we had a preview of it on Sunday afternoon. The parking lot is about 1 minute walk.Since it was a Sunday, it was about 80% full.It is located on a secluded site at the end of the park, about the size of two groups, and has a layout that the general public does not pass through. However, there is an overpass that connects the parking lot right next to it, so it's a bad position to be able to see animals from above like in a zoo.It might not be bad for a camper who likes to show off, but it's not close enough to start communicating with passersby.A strange sense of isolation and a strange sense of exposure, and from above.Would a tarp be recommended instead of a camp curtain? It was Sunday afternoon, so there seemed to be about 5 people walking on the overpass at any given time. In a sense, it might be similar to the atmosphere at Summerland where you come to the back of the attraction in a swimsuit and realize that no one is wearing a swimsuit around you, and you want to insist that swimsuits are okay here.I made a reservation and paid for it. That's it. Well, I like it because it stands out.I'll post a photo of the lead line from the parking lot.On the other side of the river is a mountain pass with a lot of traffic, but since I could hear the sound of the river, I didn't notice any cars during the day.I didn't stay there, so I don't know the stress of things like toilet hygiene. If I have a chance, would it be okay to try it once? That's what I thought.

2021.10.2 Visited for preview of campTwo stars because the usage fee is 100 yen.I don't know if it was because there were no users in the administration building (I just came to take a look) or because it was Saturday and Sunday, but it was closed. (Photo taken on October 2, 2021)*There is a statement that says ``Admission and exit procedures will be handled by management,'' so it is likely to be open when there are users. The site only has a modest amount of space in front of the kitchen, and as other reviewers have said, two bars may be the limit.Or rather, the kitchen seems too big for the site...(it's about the same area)The soil of the site is completely sandy. It's quite hard, so be careful.Since there are only rivers and trees around, there is no doubt that many insects will appear. (There are also many spider webs)To be honest, the training building may be larger. (It has a roof)There was a prefabricated "changing room" and a "shower room", but they were locked and looked like they hadn't been used for many years, so I didn't take any photos (they are located at the back of the training building, so You can find out when you go to the site)【photograph】①Administration building②~③ Notice (Administration Building)④There is a vending machine in the back of the administration building, and a training building (evacuation center) further back.⑤~⑥ Directions to the campsite through the training building⑦~⑧ Campsite and kitchen⑨Soil quality (it's hard to understand)⑩〜11 Toilet12 Park seen from the toilet13 Play equipment in the park (swings have signs saying “No use”)14 A bridge and rest area spanning the parking lot and park

There are private houses, hot springs, and restaurants nearby, so I think it's a place where you can enjoy camping without having to get too excited. It's close to people's houses, but the sound of the Shirohara River is refreshing, it's rich in nature, and it's cool.

It's free, so don't expect too much. The toilets and kitchen are old.In the summer, you can play in the river that flows next door, but the current is fast, so be careful with small children.Even in midsummer, it was cool because it was close to the river.I didn't mind the mosquitoes either. The hot spring is within 5 minutes walk.I might go again. The campsite is not grass, but dirt with pebbles.Soliste doesn't sting either.

A park located in the mountains overlooking Kanzaki Town and the Yoshinogari Ruins. I was thinking of staying in my car, but I was told that the parking lot would be closed at night, so I asked the security guard to show me another location and left. If you plan to camp or stay in a tent, be sure to apply in advance.

The rule that you can only use fires until 5pm is fatal for a campsite.

I guess the best you can do is just cover the tent site.
