Spent 10-nights here with my wife. The staff was awesome, everyone was happy and very helpful. Room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and the cleaning staff worked around our itinerary. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring by foot or a short cab ride. Restaurants, Saturday and Sunday Markets, temples, all close by. The night market is really close too.We also used the staff to make arrangements for several day trips. Everything went very well!

Guys the room number 206 - Is complete disaster(((Despite it’s beautiful- for sure - but girls from the reception making it unbearable. They are really super loud every day after 22-00, just laughing, chatting one to another, watching something on the mobile phones. And every morning 6-30 they doing something like a meeting - VERY LOUD, chatting and laughing right behind my door. You can be in your bed and hear every word - my call to the reception doesn’t change nothing - she says she can’t help.So if you want to take rest on your vacation - avoid this place.I fell in love with this place when I stayed the first time - that’s why I booked again - big mistake

Some advice for those who want to move in:After staying in Chiang Mai for 9 days, this hotel was the first hotel I stayed in after arriving in Chiang Mai, for a total of four days and three nights. I stayed on the third floor and had a large room and bathroom, but on the first night I found that the water in the shower room was very small, let alone hot water. Even if I booked a room with a bathtub, I couldn't use it, regardless of the water temperature, The water pressure is not something anyone would want to use. (The bathtub was abandoned on the first night)The third night was the worst, after visiting the Sunday night market.I entered the small elevator at about 9:59 pm, but suddenly the power to the elevator was cut off. After a few seconds, the power was restored, but the elevator was malfunctioning and there was no response. After pressing the intercom and the alarm bell, no one responded, so I called and went back to the room first. The gentleman inside asked for help and told the service staff that he had been trapped inside for "at least" 30 minutes. There was no maintenance chart around the elevator.Later, the elevator maintenance man came to open the door and found out that he was trapped between floors 1 and 5. The reason seemed to be that the battery was dead or something. The maintenance man only returned the low battery. I think if there was regular maintenance, this would not happen. The whole trip was discounted. We didn’t ask for any compensation or blame. We just thought it was too bad and it was such a special experience, but we really didn’t want it to happen.(After staying in other hotels, I felt that I should write a pertinent review)All in all, apart from the friendly service staff, this hotel's hardware facilities are not recommended at all. At that time, I decided to book this hotel after reading the Q&A on the booking website that said smoking was allowed on the balcony, but I didn’t notice that the Q&A time was 2022. On the day of check-in, I was told that smoking was not allowed on the balcony, so people who want to smoke on the balcony can decisively give up on this hotel. Because you have to go outside the gate to do it.If you want to stay again, you don't need to include breakfast. It's really not worth eating. There are many delicious food outside, so don't take up space in your stomach.I sincerely hope that the owner of this hotel can improve and operate it well. You have a good location and friendly staff. Don't let these good things go to waste.

The rooms were nice with a lot of culture, but unfortunately there was a lot of noise outside that continued all night. There was a big construction project right outside, and the windows were not well insulated so had to sleep with earplugs. The location is right in the center and walking distance to the Sunday market and temples. Would recommend to young people who want to be in the center of town. The staff were really nice, but compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip, this hotel unfortunately had the worst service.

Really loved that this place is a quiet escape in the middle of Chiang Mai. The location is great. The staff were always willing to help with getting a tuk tuk or recommendations for activities. The rooms have cool wooden furniture. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Our stay at the Villa Sirilanna hotel has been very good. The best thing is its location, in the historic center of Chiang Mai, inside the wall, near temples and markets. Next to the hotel you have all kinds of services. You can get around by walking, but the most convenient thing is to rent a motorcycle to get around the city more quickly. Despite being centrally located, it is a very quiet place where you can relax.Another highlight of the hotel is the wonderful swimming pool, which is appreciated for cooling off both day and night (it does not have closing hours). Our room on the ground floor was right opposite, so we really enjoyed it.I would also highlight the size of the room, which stands out for its traditional northern Thai decoration. The doors, furniture and high ceilings, all made of wood, make the experience very authentic. In addition to a large shower, we also had a hot tub. Every day they cleaned the room and left us bottles of water and infusions.Perhaps what let us down was the breakfast. We expected more variety and quality. But we found the value for money to be good. It is not a new or modern hotel, but its location, its staff and its extensive facilities made us remember Chiang Mai with a big smile.
