Do not recommend staying at this hotel. I don't know who is the owner or person in charge of this hotel, but everyone is Chinese and can't communicate well. After booking the accommodation through the website and transferring the money, when I got there I was told that the room was full even though I had already paid the money??? Importantly, the place is not conducive to staying, from the entrance to the parking lot, very bad. If you want to stay somewhere else, don't risk coming here.

The hotel is a small walk behind a restaurant but accessible by foot through a small alley. Simple place but friendly host.

"I would not recommend using the service at all."The owner is "Chinese" and doesn't speak Thai. There is no lobby at the hotel, but it is a place to send packages that only contain Chinese items. It's all a mess.Booked in advance and paid. Arriving at the hotel, the officer said the room was not available because the old person had not left. I had to do the refund on Agoda myself and there was no help from the hotel at all. Feeling like staying at a private home of this group of Chinese people....I do not recommend friends to come and stay.thank you

Book through Agoda when you get to the hotel. The staff said there was no room.Because of the customers who were here first refused to check outClick to cancel your reservation in the app.Agoda and then looking for a new place is a waste of time.It is recommended that you do not reserve.

Made a reservation online through expidea. Arrived at 1200 to check in. There were two other groups of guests waiting to do the same. We were all waiting for the "main guy" to finish cooking. Why the other guy or girl couldn't check us in or take over cooking I'll never know. Waited 30 minutes to be told my already paid booking through expidea was not valid because they don't have an agreement?? They were also fully booked. The second group got turned away as well, but they only spoke Thai so don't know why. Something is not adding upAlso the outside common area was dirty and full of trash. No attempt for basic up keeping and had random stuff everywhere. Can't imagine how the rooms looked based on first impressions. By far the most bizarre booking experience I've had while traveling through South East Asia. Writing a review to hopefully save others from the headache. I have to find a new hotel during the lantern festival and reach out to expidea to get my money back.

We booked a room for 1 extra night to insure when we arrived at 4am Monday morning we would be able to sleep. We tried to call and txt 3 times before arriving. Once we arrived at 5:50 am we were told there was no room to check into, suggesting they sold our room we paid for, then we were told we can only check in after 7am. The place is very dirty. The only language spoken is Chinese. The manager is direct on the phone and did their best to communicate with us using Google translate. I think it is important to know there is no on-site manager so if there are any issues, there will be no solution until 7am or later.Update: management arrived at 6:37am and informed us they did double book our room and it wont be available until 7:45am. They are very friendly and doing their best. Hopefully the people in our room really needed it.

Arrived at the accommodation and there were no employees. When I called the number that was left for contact, I was told it was not this number. Give me a new number. When I called, he didn't answer. When found, he immediately refused to stay, saying that the previous guest had not yet left. But I already paid money to book accommodation and traveling alone. I waited almost 1 hour and had to find a new place to stay with little time and most of the places were filled up due to the Chiang Yai Festival.
