There is no breakfast, let alone dinner.October 12, 1994 (Saturday), the first day of a three-day weekend, 10 days before that, I looked for a nearby hotel to go to the International Museum of Art, but this was the only twin room available.13,000 yen for a twin (for two people) No public bath, no breakfast or dinner, but there are pubs, morning udon restaurants, etc. nearby, so you won't have to worry about eating. It was a great decision❗ Anyway, since the room was spacious, I bought sushi, tempura, and beer from a nearby supermarket for about 2,500 yen, and a sandwich for breakfast, making it a cheap stay.Although it wasn't mandatory, there was a place to put used towels and other things next to the elevator, as well as a place to put garbage, so I was able to bring all of my things to Sochila in the morning and check out in a clean manner 😉

I adored this hotel. 6000Y for walk in's, which is affordable especially considering that the rooms are considerably larger than most buisness hotels. But what I really loved is how old and nostalgic it is. Clearly a Showa era hotel, the carpets, yellow lights and radio built into the bed evoke another era. Relax, tune into FM radio for some jazz, and vibe.

Well, it feels like a general business hotel. However, the room is spacious and surprisingly quiet, so I recommend it compared to comparable hotels. ...But I don't know if it's just the room I stayed in...・The floor is full of stains...・The chair is scratched...・The location of the outlet is inconvenient (extension cord included)Rather than being filthy overall, it feels like you can feel the history...

There weren't many hotels available during the Awa Odori festival, but I managed to rent one.It costs 810 yen to take a taxi from the express bus stop, and it's a stone's throw from the Awa Odori venue, and the convenience store is about an 8-minute walk, so it's in a great location. The front desk staff was attentive and polite. The room was spacious and square shaped. Even though it's a very busy season, the cleaning is spotless and it feels very nice. I could see the castle and the view was good. You can watch BS TV.A wonderful hotel like Ken Takakura's sincere sincerity.

The room is spacious and there are no complaints about the facility itself. It takes about 5-6 minutes from the station. However, there are no convenience stores around the hotel, so you will need to buy everything you need in advance or go to the supermarket across the tracks.I was also interested in the surrounding restaurants, but many of them closed at 10pm, so I wasn't able to enjoy myself to my heart's content...None of this is the hotel's fault, so it's a great place to stay.

With Rakuten Travel, a room without meals costs 5,000 yen (weekdays). There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel and across the road, and parking is free.Amenities are provided in front of the elevator. (Shaving, comb, toothbrush set, paper cup, nightwear, etc.)The reception was done face-to-face at the counter, but there were two terminals that looked like automatic check-in machines. There is only one elevator, so it may take a while.
