The place is centrally located in the city, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Not the biggest room, but the bathroom was a nice size. The room is filled with furniture, so there is not much space to move around. Pleasant hosts, and motorbikes can be parked in the yard, cars are parked in the street next to the building.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, near to the supermarket, restaurants, bars... All clean. The staff was very nice and polite. Mother and son were so friendly.

Great place to stay. Friendly owner, centrally located, rooms are cozy. BUT, dear owner if your shower is next to the doors and water is not removed easily you need to be a friend with bleach! The amount of mold is unacceptable. Please take care of it. It's not hard…spray bleach and leave for an hour every time you clean.Dear Owner, If your shower room is next to the door and the water cannot come out easily. You must be friends with bleach! Unacceptable amount of fungus Please take care of the delay. It's not difficult...spray and leave it on for an hour every time you clean.

I stayed for 4 nights.. it's a family run place , helpful , caring and welcoming family I should say . Rooms are clean and AC works good . Location is good on a quiet street but right next to the main road , have everything you need in walking distance .good value for your money . Highly recommend.

Cozy rooms with basic amenities, with eating and drinking opportunities abound. For a solo traveler very recommended; as a couple, the small size over several days might be problematic, but not a deal breaker.If you need cleaning, just say the word. Lovely lady managing the place.The downside is that you hear everyone walking by or sitting in front of the rooms and talking, all doors clapping, TV and voices coming clearly through the walls, and the occasional bird tooting. In the mornings, having this repeatedly will tire you out. If you can sleep like stone, highly recommended.

Price gouger! There are many places to go and restaurants nearby.Good location for getting around ^-^They do not keep the room clean every dayAlthough the soundproofing is weak, there are no bugs or mosquitoes.Still, great value for money~I am very satisfied with this for the price.

A small accommodation in the heart of Chiang Mai. It's a 2-storey building with 2 rooms each. It's clean, although the room isn't very spacious. But complete with equipment and parking for 2-3 cars.

It was very good for the price of 20,000 won.It was clean, had good hot water, and I don't know if it was the employee or the owner, but he was friendly.The bed was a little hard for me, but since it was a one-day stay, I had a good rest at a reasonable price.Since many other people have posted photos of their rooms, I am only posting photos of the entrance.
