For a capsule hotel this place is doing everything perfectly. 24h reception. lockers are in a different room on the same floor. Showers is good. There's laundry machines too. Complimentary earplugs ⭐ A must have for capsule hotels! New towels upon request. Cleaning every third day. I visited during Halloween season. Fair price. Location is amazing ⭐ Real sinks with soap are hidden behind a curtain

By changing planesI had to stay for one night, so I found it while looking for a cheap accommodation near Tokyo Station. It was beautiful and nice.No matter what, I was happy about the free coffee and Dakara.

A group of foreign guests are smoking on the street right next to the entrance.I think it would be better to put up signs in English or other languages stating that smoking on the streets is prohibited.

Capsule and very clean shared bathroom. A little disturbing that there are no doors between each shower, everyone can see each other naked... also, the lockers are quite far from the capsules so you have to keep going back to the locker if you forget something. The capsule is equipped with a TV but it does not work. The staff at reception are friendly but nothing more.

An employee looked at me and said, ``This is the person.'' I put up with this because I am a foreigner who is indebted to me in Japan. However, as you can see in the photo, there was trash in the guidebook and the locker room was full of mold. It was the most noisy of any capsule hotel I've ever stayed in, and I couldn't sleep because of the sounds of someone setting an alarm at 4 o'clock or using the sink. The location is great, but I won't use it again.

I used a private capsule because it only cost 500 yen. The result was great! Although the bed itself does not have a lock, it is convenient to have a locker with a personal key. Also, the bedding was very nice. I was grateful because I was suffering from insomnia in a cheap hotel. I wasn't sure if I would be able to wake up because there were no windows and it was pitch black, but when I slept with my smartphone screen facing me, I was able to wake up because the alarm screen was so bright. It can't be helped① There is only one elevator, so you will have to wait during busy hours. Especially in the morning, if you are in a hurry, it might be better to leave early.②Although the baths are shared, there may not be a tacit understanding between foreign tourists and Japanese people, so I guess we have no choice but to accept it as a cross-cultural exchange. To be honest, there is an aspect of human gacha. I can't help it though.③There was a giant cockroach on the 9th floor guest room floor, but the staff exterminated it. So it might be a bit risky to put things on the floor (in that respect, the private room was good because I could put my luggage on the study desk). It's in the middle of the downtown area, so it's likely that they got into it by riding an elevator, but... you might not want to see it.④The changing area in the bathroom is unusually cold. why….

I tried to experience it when I was in my 30s or older, but it was still impossible. In particular, going up to the second floor was honestly very uncomfortable and I suffered from an elbow injury. The baths are good, the price is good, everything is good, but I don't think I'm going to a capsule hotel when I'm older.

If you have the misfortune of being assigned an upper pod, and you have bad knees, good luck. It's very difficult to manoeuvre into the pod with the ladder (unless you're spiderman). I almost fell trying to get down. The pod itself is quite comfortable, and the pillow is firm enough for side sleepers. Pro tip: turn it upside down so the long ends face the back of the pod. There's only a partition between the pods and the lockers so you can hear all the noise people make in that area during the night. Not great. The showers, spa, and dressing area were lovely. A guide on the wall in English might benefit foreign guests who have not used a Japanese spa/onsen before. The lounge area is a good spot to repack luggage.

This is my second time using it because it was very good the first time I used it. The location is good, the service is good for a reasonable price, there are separate baths for men and women (with a large public bath), a cabin, and a lounge, so I'm most happy that I was able to use it with peace of mind. It's true that it's narrow and the flow lines are strange, but once you get used to it, it's fine. It was new, clean, inexpensive, and a calm and quiet stay. If you are sensitive to noise, it is better not to stay at a capsule hotel. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. All-you-can-drink drinks are free. Although this may not be meant for me, the female employee was polite when checking in, but the other male employee said, ``Ah, you're here...'' 'It was a mystery and I felt uncomfortable. Even if it's my misunderstanding and he didn't say it to me and it's something else, I would like you to keep any negative attitudes or conversations between employees behind your back. If it was to me, I would like you to tell me directly rather than indirectly. Other than that, I had a comfortable time. This is a hotel that I would like to use again.
