When I had no choice but to cancel via the online reservation site even though I had to pay a 30% cancellation fee the day before, I received a phone call from the hotel just after the originally scheduled check-in time.I was so stressed out by people saying, ``I didn't hear about the cancellation, no, I didn't hear about it.'' Oh, 〇〇? I noticed that he mentioned an online reservation site.Originally, I thought the inn should have confirmed the cancellation with the web reservation site, but when I called the web reservation site to confirm, the cancellation had been made and a cancellation fee had been deducted. It seems that the inn has also been notified of the cancellation from the web reservation site. Maybe it was something the hostel hadn't confirmed.Since we are paying the cancellation fee to the inn, we have told the online reservation site to check the receipt and contact the inn, but we have not received any contact from the inn yet.I love the atmosphere of Hijiori Onsen.This was a very unfortunate incident, but please let us know. When making and canceling online reservations, I felt that it was necessary to make multiple phone calls to avoid any trouble.

An inn with the exact image of an old spa. It's run by a couple who seem to be in their 70s, so the service is a bit limited, but the food is carefully prepared, the portions are perfect, and the prices are cheap, so I think it's a good place for people who know a lot about going there. .The room I stayed in didn't have air conditioning. However, the screen door is not working properly and the windows cannot be opened. It happened to be a cool day, so I was saved, but if it had been the recent intense heat, I would have seen hell. You need to be careful on that point.The parking lot was small, but it was a garage with a shutter, so I felt very safe. However, there are only a few cars that can be parked there, so on busy days I think it will be open-air parking.The simple-minded owner doesn't talk much, but he's actually very kind, so if you dare to talk to him, you might be able to do something good with him.

Used in May 2024Rich and voluminous wild vegetable dishesBoth the bathroom and guest room are on the second floor.Shared toilet but washletI couldn't find a kitchen (maybe I wasn't shown because I ordered meals), but there was a shared refrigerator and microwave.The room could not be locked and there was no safe, so it was difficult to manage valuables.If you use a private bath with a lock, there will be no problem when taking a bath.Basically, they won't tell you unless you ask, so please refer to the following.・There are male and female tags on the door of the shared bathroom, and you should display your gender tag when bathing (it seems possible for couples to display both tags for mixed bathing, but what to do if someone of the opposite sex you don't know is taking a bath) unknown)・There are two showers in the shared bathroom, but one has very poor flow, so be careful.・There were stink bugs, and I think they will increase as summer approaches, so if you don't like stink bugs, you should bring duct tape.・Meal times are unstable, such as after 7:30 in the morning and 5:30 or after 6:00 pm in the evening, but your requests may be accommodated to a certain extent.

I used it for Obon this year. I was able to do it slowly. The onsen inside the facility was nice, but it was too hot for me to soak in for long.I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

That's what I was told. I inquired because the website said that families can stay together, but it seems that children under elementary school age are not allowed to stay.
