I was shocked because the refrigerator wasn't cold and there was no hammock! I couldn't close the lid of the rice cooker, so I was wondering what to do.I contacted them over the phone and was told that I would receive a small refund, but I still haven't received a refund.It was in a completely different condition than the photo.

I used it on a family trip.The interior was very beautiful, but the wooden deck was in tatters. The tables and chairs were in poor condition and were not usable.The kids were looking forward to the hammock shown in the photo, but it wasn't there, so I was shocked. Very inconvenient as there are no amenities. Even when I contacted them via email, I was ignored and it was unpleasant. For some reason, the towels were on the second floor, and I realized they were there before I left. You can use the BBQ stove, but it is better to bring your own net.I wish the accommodation website had more detailed information. If you don't have a hammock, please don't post a hammock photo.It was a disappointing stay in many ways. I won't use it anymore.

Used by 4 adults! I was also impressed by the tatami room and the cute interior of the room!It's like a secret base, so I thought it would be fun for kids too (^^)The tableware was made of unbreakable plastic and was safe to use. Shampoo conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, and towels are also provided.We're happy to have a washing machine and dryer!It was helpful that the kitchen was large and there were two toilets (^^)There was a Lawson and a supermarket nearby, so shopping was not a problem.Thank you for this time!

I used it with a friend during my trip to Okinawa.The surrounding area was a quiet residential area. It's a bit confusing, so you might get a little lost until you get used to it.The interior is generally clean and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and bathroom dryer. It was very good.It can't be helped since it's summer in Okinawa, but it's worrisome that there are a lot of dead insects on the first day we arrive.The only seasonings available are salt, pepper, and oil, so it would be better to buy them at a supermarket!On the internet page, there is a picture of a hammock, but I couldn't find it and didn't know where it was.There is a BBQ stove in the garden, but it is outdoors all the time and is not clean. Also, I didn't use it because I didn't know how to use it. I thought it would be nice if there was at least a manual.Also, there were some tableware, but the plastic ones were broken and I was concerned.Even if it's a little noisy since you're indoors, you won't hear anything outside, so I think you can have a comfortable time even if you have children.
