It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Although the hotel claims to be a business hotel in terms of amenities and facilities, there are many inconveniences, and I probably won't stay there again.

I have a strong habit lolHowever, I think it's a comfortable place once you understand it.There is also Wi-Fi, but the SSID is not explained (choose the one with the strongest signal in each room. There are 2.4 and 5)The password is posted on the back wall on the third floor.If you stayed on the 2nd floor, please go to the 3rd floor and check it out.Moreover, there is no electricity on the third floor, so let's go deeper in the dark lolI felt like I found a treasure while doing something naughty.The facilities are good and the rooms are clean.There's also a commercial ice maker and microwave on the first floor, so it's convenient for evening drinks.

R4 On June 25th, all hotels in Yamagata City were destroyed, so I checked in with the feeling that it had a bad reputation, but it can't be helped, but there was nothing particularly bad about it🤔The cleanliness of the room, the equipment, and the check-in instructions were all fine.However, the price is clearly lower than others. Additionally, there is a convenience store within a 30 second walk from the hotel.Free parking for guests on weekends.Honestly, I would like to use it again.The only thing that bothered me wasI took two rooms, one had a refrigerator and the other didn't, but there was no difference in price etc.Also, if you are staying for a consecutive night, you can leave your luggage in your room, but it seems that you are generally not allowed to enter your room between 10:00 and 16:00, so be careful about that.
