June 2023I stayed here as a gift for my mother. It was wonderful from start to finish. The landlady, the staff, the food, the rooms, the location, the building, the atmosphere...For dinner, I chose a smaller course, but it was still filling, and the ingredients were carefully prepared and delicious.I was able to spend a relaxing and luxurious time, and my mother was very happy and satisfied.I would like to use it again someday.thank you very much.September 2024I went to Mizunofu Ryokan again this year to celebrate my husband. Mizuno Ryokan is a hotel that I would like to use on special occasions. This is a relaxing and relaxing inn with great hospitality. We had a good time this time too.Thank you very much.

Comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. Make sure you hop onto the ferry and go to Takashima Island too.Like some people say, the AC system is about time to upgrade or renew , I was fine with the noise level (it's cold and strong for our Canadian taste ❤️ despite 40C+ hot outside) but the air purity is too damp/heavy than I like.Futon and pillow is full and supportive (I'm picky on hotel beddings) but it's not bad at all, we all had a good sleep and feel fresh the next day. It might have some smell but I guess it has to do with the location which has high humidity all time.I miss the experience and food already, will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏

I used it for a meeting between both families. In conclusion, I'm really glad we met at Mizuno Ryokan.I was very impressed by the history and historic building, and both families got excited talking about the building. When I entered the room, I was able to enjoy a sweeping view of Karatsu's signature sandy beach and the sparkling blue sea, thanks to the clear skies. I regret not capturing it in a photo. The food was very delicious and elegant. I was satisfied with both the quantity and quantity of the menu, which was made with the body in mind and also had a taste of Karatsu. It was more beautiful and delicious than the photo. The staff were very kind and gladly accepted my many requests for photos. He also gave us advice on the angle of view, and we were able to take many memorable photos. They saw me off with a smile and took care of me until the end, making it a special memory. Please allow me to use your words to express my gratitude. thank you very much.It was a once-in-a-lifetime event, so I couldn't help but worry, but thanks to Mizuno Ryokan, I was able to make it a success. Please let me use you again. It was a great day that I can't write about here. thank you very much.

Stayed for 1 night from July 29th to 30th, 2024.Rooms: 5 points / Service: 5 points / Location: 3.5 points I think so.The fact that the rooms were good was actually due to the service. I found out later that day that we were the only guests, so they gave us separate places to eat and sleep on the second floor. In fact, you can see that we used as many as three rooms. Thanks to you, I have good memories. Not only did the service include food, but the various situations were truly memorable and fun. As for the food, it was delicious, but it tasted even better because I was chatting with friends while eating dinner while looking at the sea on the second floor. I think probably everyone feels that way. Also, even though I don't speak much Japanese, it was nice to feel that they were as considerate as possible by telling jokes and talking in the Japanese I didn't know. Lastly, I was really grateful that they said hello until they were out of sight when they left. The location is quite far from Karatsu Station, so it may be difficult to walk to.If I have the money and time, this is a ryokan I would like to visit again.

Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing - also a nice introduction for our daughter to experience a ryokan. The dinner and breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with nice views of the beach and Karatsu Castle.
