I used it solo.There are hot springs nearby and everything you need.The parking lot is a little far away, but you can park there while setting up.Since the tent is set up on the deck, it is not compatible with anything other than a completely freestanding tent, such as a dome tent.This is a simple campsite, so it may not be suitable for those who want convenient facilities, but I think it is a good campsite for those who want to spend a relaxing time in nature.The receptionist was also very kind and nice.I look forward to working with you again soon.

I used it for the first time while camping, and the employees kindly taught me how to use it.You can pitch your tent wherever you like on a first-come, first-served basis.The administration building is close to the campsite, so it was easy to use the restroom.You can shop, but there is no ice.Just some ice cream, some sweets, and some seasonings. If you forget to buy something, it's better to go to a nearby convenience store, pharmacy, or supermarket, which has a better selection.comparativelyIt's close to the kitchen, so you can go directly to the kitchen without needing a water tank, and you can wash dishes right away, making it perfect for camping.There is also a shower, but it is only available for a short time and there is only one shower, so you cannot use it if someone else is using it, so it is recommended that you go to a hot spring nearby. Please be careful when using your car.Once the usage time has passed, you will not be able to enter the tent site. You will park in the parking lot next to the administration building.The park and the fishing spot are far from the campsite, but the fish at the fishing spot were baited with shrimp, so they were really delicious.You can have the fish you catch grilled for a fee.The park is also great for families with children.I went there around September, and it was humid and my clothes were sticky and hot and uncomfortable.Moreover,It was the season when there were a lot of insects, so even when I was knitting, insects would sneak into the tent without me noticing. It is a good idea to bring insect repellent spray.It's close to the mountains, so it gets foggy.It is better to take measures against condensation.I would like to go again, but I would like to think about the timing.

It's a spacious place where you can feel nature. Furthermore, you can bring your car in to load and unload your luggage, so it was okay without a wagon. Afterwards, the people at the reception are very kind.

The weather has improved today, so my wife and I visited here for the first time since October 2019, also doing some trekking. The 4km one-way trip to the observatory was a good workout.

This is a forest site. perfection! I haven't stayed there, but I really want to go.

Surprisingly, it is not suitable for families as it is in a dense forest. The campsites are scattered on a gentle slope, and the ones in the back are far away from the toilets (Japanese style) and the kitchen, making it difficult. The administration building, which is quite far from the campsite, has a shower room and a Western-style toilet. Also, day camps are available for short periods (11:00-15:00) and cannot be used for day trips.

This is a type of site where you set up a freestanding tent on a small wooden deck, so large curtains or non-freestanding tents are basically impossible. That means it's a little tough for family camping. There are quite a few trees, so I think you can use a variety of tarps if you use tree huggers and patch cloths. Even if you don't have a free-standing tent, you can stay overnight from spring to summer with a tarp and a hanging mesh inner. It's mostly in the shade of trees, so a small tarp to protect you from the rain will be enough. Momogamine? It looks like it would be fun to combine it with trekking. It was a beautiful place.

The manager (receptionist) was very kind! This time I was able to relax and have a bonfire solo, but I think it would be fun with friends or family as well. I want to go there again (^^)/

This is a forest campsite located on a gentle slope. The facility is clean. Open flames are prohibited. Tents can only be placed on the wooden platforms provided at each site (there are connecting rings at the four corners, but it is not possible to peg down the tents. A freestanding tent may be fine). Although it is recommended as it is close to Nagoya, there are some negative points. I can't get cell phone signal. The administration building closes at 5 p.m. Coin showers in management etc. also end at the same time. If you are staying overnight, check in from 4pm. If you arrive earlier than that, you will be required to pay for the daytime hours as well. I would rate it if I could connect to my cell phone, but...disappointing!

A treasure trove of wild birds! You can observe wild birds in all seasons, making it a must-see for birders. There is a campground, a trailhead for Gifu City's highest peak, Momogamine, and a hot spring nearby, making it a very nice place!
