On weekdays, for a group of four adults and one child, the price for one hotel room, two meals including breakfast and dinner is about NT$26,000. I arrived at around six o'clock in the evening that day and was assigned room 301. The room was not big and it was on the same floor as the students participating in 2024SAGA. The sweat clothes and sweat smell all over the floor outside the room was really not good, so I immediately When we got to the counter, we were told that this was a different floor than the one we originally booked. We wanted to move to another floor or even change rooms at a higher price. However, the counter staff insisted that the room types were all the same and that the rooms were all full that night and could not be changed. So there was no way to change rooms, so we had no choice but to give up. .But later, after we had our meal, we walked around on other floors and found that there were many rooms on the upper floors that had no guests at all. It was obvious that the service staff was deceiving guests and had a very undesirable attitude, which made our family very disappointed.Next is the hot springs. There are no private hot spring pools in the rooms, only public baths. When my husband and I went to the hot springs at 2130, the bathhouse was not as full as the counter said. There were only one man and one person in the men's and women's baths. The huge hot spring bathhouse made me feel very scary. Just when I wanted to leave, someone Another female guest came in, so I stayed and continued to bathe. But when I went to bathe in the outdoor bath, I found that the outdoor hot spring water was very cold, and there were many cameras in the outdoor bathing area that looked like surveillance cameras. Facing the hot spring pool, I was so scared that I didn’t dare to take a dip anymore, so I left immediately...As for the facilities in the room, my parents were not used to sleeping on tatami, so they slept on a Western-style bed. However, the air-conditioning in the room was placed directly above the head of the bed, blowing directly on the head. The air-conditioning gave my elders a headache, so they had to turn off the air-conditioning. It was very stuffy. Very bad design for sleeping.I personally think the dinner and breakfast are OK, and the breakfast also confirmed my thoughts. There were only 4 groups of customers including me (one of which I met later when I was in the hot spring), and the counter really lied. No drafting.When we checked out, we pushed our luggage by ourselves, and the door staff just stood there and watched our family leave. There was no assistance, and the service was fake and indifferent.Based on the above points, I feel that the room price is not worth the quality of the facilities and services. I was very happy to take my parents on vacation because I read good reviews. Maybe I was unlucky and made a mistake. I do not recommend this hotel. , when looking for a hotel, please ask clearly about the room type and floor, so as not to spend a lot of money but not enjoy the service and quality you deserve.

The surrounding greenery was very beautiful and soothing.The staff are also smiling and kind.I was able to refresh myself by soaking in the hot springs first thing in the morning. I think the souvenir corner was spacious and tasteful.

Use at day trip hot springs. Since I had my meal first before going to the hot springs, the usage fee was 800 yen instead of 1200 yen, which was a great deal.The bath is large and slightly warm. There are two indoor baths and a sleeping bath.Is there 3 outdoor spaces? There was also a sauna.You can enjoy your time in nature.The hot water was colorless and odorless, but it felt sticky when it rose. But once it calms down, it becomes smooth and moist. I want to go again.

The atmosphere is great, but the wood on the door is missing and the carpet is dirty, making it a little rough. The food seems reasonable for the price, but I'm generally satisfied.The customer service is great except for the bald old man with glasses.However, I don't know about the university's rugby team, but there were balls and bottles placed casually at the entrance of the hotel. I had to travel around smelling like sweat, and the smell in the elevators and hallways was unbearable.Don't let people like that stay overnight.In these respects, it has not become a luxury inn.
