The female front desk staff on the phone is very rude. I ordered a meal and it wasn't served even after 1:30. Hospitality is not achieved through honorific language. Phone reception is also slow (number of calls lasting more than 10 seconds). It's a hidden hotel, the rooms are clean, and they host a variety of events, so I thought it was a good idea. The food is also cheap. Honestly, I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but this Christmas event made me give it 1 star. The employee's response is too lenient. The atmosphere was ruined. It's a shame because up until now the employees have been good to me.When I went there for the first time in a while, I had no complaints and the service was back to normal, so I'm glad. It was a shame that the meal did not include rice, miso soup, and a set of snacks.
