This is a Showa era inn. Thank you for changing our plan to a regular room. The food was a bit disappointing. There is only white wine...I had no choice but to get some sake. Finally, when I woke up in the morning, I found that I had been bitten in three places by ticks. It’s the worst😂

I was planning to visit Murayama City somewhere, but I made a reservation because I wanted to go to Higashine Onsen town rather than stay in Murayama.I got a cheaper room in the old building, but I was given a room on the second floor of the main building, which was a good deal.If you are on the inner garden side of the main building, you can see the garden from your room and I think it is beautiful. (I had an outside room, but I could see the garden from the passage on the first floor.)Since I was staying overnight without meals, I asked a lot of questions when I went out, but they were attentive and helpful. The public bath was very nice! The cypress bath is spacious and the hot spring bath will leave your skin smooth. When checking out the next morning, the checkout went smoothly, and I received the plan details and receipt at the time of reservation. After seeing them off, I thought I would like to come again. The room and service were really good.

This was my first time in Higashine and I felt very welcomed in the Ryokan. As a designer I appreciated the fact that it has a "vintage" touch to it. It is old fashioned, but in a good way. But that might not be to everyones liking. …

Unlike Tendo Onsen, this hot spring is located in the middle of town and there are no valleys or mountains, so the location doesn't give you much of an impression. …
