I used to be able to take a day trip bath, but now I can't.

It used to be a member inn of the Japan Secret Hot Springs Preservation Association, but it is no longer a member of the association. Officially, they accept day trip bathers, but when you actually go there, you will be turned away and told that they do not accept day trip bathers.According to the person at Akayu Yukemurikan, the management's explanation changes all the time. "I'll tell you what," he said, but it probably won't change. It's a shame because it's a famous hot spring. I wish I could stay the night the way the inn planned, but for that amount of money, I wouldn't stay at this inn... Even when you look at the entrance, it is hard to believe that this is an active inn that is open for business.

When I checked in, I didn't have cash, so when I asked to pay with "PayPay", I was asked to pay in cash. In the end, I paid two-thirds of the stay in cash and the rest with PayPay, but I felt that it was a strange and fun inn.The room was a little dusty, and my son, who was staying with us, said, ``It's dirty in here.'' However, the bath had a spectacular view! I also found the creaking hallways and warm atmosphere of the staff endearing. The morning coffee was also authentic and delicious. If you have time, you can even rent out the bath for your family.Highly recommended when visiting Akakura Onsen.

Even though I don't have mixed bathing, if I search for mixed bathing forever, it will come up.

I have been to onsens all over Tohoku and this place was by far the worst experience I have ever had .Check inn was 3:00 we came at 2:30 no one in the lobby all the lights off repeated calls of the bell no one answered (even though I could hear the staff talking in the office ) .I had to ring the onsen to get the staff to come to the front .I Asked ,as we were early , if there was somewhere we could wait (for example the lobby ) staff just said no it’s not 3 o’clock .I suggested the lobby and the staff begrudgingly let me .While we were waiting a group of six came (early ) and were given check inn .When I asked why ?the explanation was “they are regulars “ but we still couldn’t check in .The rooms were old and dirty with inadequate heating (my wife now has a cold ) the food was barely adequate.I accepted all this as the price quoted on the phone was 18600 yen for two people ( cheap ) when we get to check out .The price was 35,600 yen .I asked why the quoted price was different to the bill I was told in no uncertain terms that they would never have said that on the phone ,I was mistaken.I regret ever going there

Everything is dirty anyway. When I turned on the air conditioner, a lot of dust blew out and I couldn't stop coughing. This is by far the worst inn.

I stayed there for one night, but it was the worst place to stay. The inside of the building was very dirty and there were large spiders and centipedes in the hallways. The inside of the building was not cleaned at all. The floor in the hallway was dirty. The lace curtains in the room were very dirty. The window in the room didn't open and had been nailed to keep it from opening. There was a 10cm space under the door that separated the room from the hallway, and the voices came through. The glass in the windows in the building is cracked in radial directions. It's hard to say that the food is delicious either. I will never stay there again. Not worth the evaluation. The common sense of those who give ratings above average is called into question.
