The response from everyone at the hotel was excellent. This is the only inn I stay at when I go on Hijiori tours several times a year. The inside of the hotel is also very clean and great. The food is great, especially the rice! Uses special A Yamagata brand rice (Hanenuki) that is contracted directly with local farmers. You can have several bowls of rice alone! Also, there is a store right in front of the inn, which is great for drinkers, so when you arrive, you can buy beer and other drinks, put them in the fridge, and take a bath! !In the meantime, beer etc. will cool down.Safe for smokers too! There's also a smoking area inside, so rain doesn't matter! The hot springs are also great, with large public baths and private baths available. There is a water cooler in the hallway after taking a bath, so you can stay hydrated. The room is also clean! If you go to Hijiori, this is the place to stay!

I stayed for several nights because I wanted to have a short hot spring treatment. First of all, the accommodation is wonderful. He was friendly and kind. Needless to say, I have no complaints about the hot springs ♨️. The food and rooms are good, but in these days when everything is going up in price, it's rare to be able to stay this cheap. It is a hot spring town with an atmosphere of small alleys lined with inns on both sides. As expected from Tohoku, there is no hot spring town like this in Kanto.

I visit them around February every year, but this time I was confused because the explanation was different from the one I made when I made the reservation, but they took care of me, but they didn't explain the price change and I was surprised when I paid the bill on the way back. When I talked to them there, they said the food was good so I paid the extra fee. It was a shame as it was a wonderful stay. I wanted to hear about one word of change.

The room I stayed in was clean, and I think the entire inn was kept well-cleaned. I was very satisfied with the food, both in taste and quantity, and the waitresses were kind. I would like to use it again.

This is a great inn where you are completely satisfied with everything from the rooms, cleanliness, hot springs, food, and customer service!I visited during the autumn leaves season around October. The streets of Hijiori Onsen are full of narrow roads, which may make people who are not good at driving a little uneasy, but once you have your luggage taken out in front of the entrance, the inn will take you to the parking lot in the back. It will move you! Also, when I go out, I can call the front desk and a male employee will quickly bring out the car with an experienced driver, so even though I'm not confident in driving, I was able to stay without worrying! There are many female employees who take care of me, and they are very caring in a good way (lol). Even though I just happened to run into them in the hallway, they guided me back to my room where I had already been guided (lol). ) Everyone is working efficiently and always cleaning somewhere neatly. Everyone is cheerful, and if you're staying alone, you'll no doubt feel lonely. Perhaps because of this, some of our customers repeat and stay for long periods of time.We had our meals at the table in our room both in the evening and in the morning. I told them in advance that I had a family member who had trouble walking, so I was glad that they were able to accommodate me on the day. There was a large selection of dishes, and the dishes made with seasonal ingredients were very delicious. If you eat in your room, the system seems to be to put the dishes out in the hallway. All the food is prepared at once, so you can eat slowly without being disturbed. There are public baths, private baths, and private baths in separate areas. There are times when you can't take a bath in the annex, so if it's empty, we recommend you go early. The annex is a corner of my home, so it's a little hard to find, but with that in mind, it's the best for hot spring enthusiasts! When I finally checked out and left, all the staff were there to help me until I was out of sight, which warmed my heart. If I visit Hijiori Onsen again, I will definitely stay here again.
