The half buffet for dinner is very good.I didn't have time to eat lunch so I was hungry, but I was very satisfied.Yamabushi pork and rice are extraordinarily delicious. If you are planning to visit Mt. Haguro, there is a morning tour, so I think it would be a good idea to take advantage of that.

There are only indoor hot springs, no outdoor baths. As someone who likes lukewarm water, I wish it was a little warmer... Mt. Haguro is nearby and can be climbed by bus. It seems that some of the experience programs involve climbing stairs. As for meals, you can enjoy local ingredients and dishes typical of a vacation village.

In October, the off-peak travel discount rate system was applied, and I was able to stay at a cheap price. The shuttle bus for JR Tsuruoka Station left at 9:30, so I would have liked to have stayed a little longer.[Residence] ○ Inn in a quiet forestUnfortunately, the view from the room was not very good as it was located in a valley. Thanks to this, the room was very quiet and I was able to relax both physically and mentally and get a good night's rest.[Hot water]△ The feeling of soaking in a hot springIt is said to be a hot spring that gushes out on the grounds of a vacation village that was dug several years ago.Although the pH was listed as 8.5, it actually felt like it was around 8 on the skin.Unfortunately, there was no view from the bathroom, and there was no open-air bath.[Food] ◎ Local seasonal foodFor dinner, Haguro Kaiseki had a buffet corner using ingredients from Yamagata Prefecture, and I was very satisfied with the half buffet. The kaiseki meal was very flavorful, with the hot pot mushroom name and salted pork, the strong side dish roast beef, and the vinegared sagoshi nanbanzuke. At the buffet corner, the local dish ``Imoni'' that represents Yamagata Prefecture was very delicious. The dessert lineup included grape muscat grapes, brown sugar syrup warabi mochi, and ice cream, and it was beyond description. In the Shonai dialect, it was ``Gottsuo''.

There was a section where the train was closed due to heavy rain, but I managed to get there. We rode the bus for 2 hours! I was very grateful to participate in the early morning worship visit to Mt. Haguro. On my way back, I received a substitute protector. The food and rice were very delicious. The soba noodles were also good. I like warm baths, so it was a little hot. I was able to go straight, so I want to go again ✨

I used it for auto camping. The vacation village chain is well-established, so you don't have to worry about bringing children. The site is large, and there is plenty of room in terms of setup layout and surrounding distance. Toilets and showers are standard, but some places only have Japanese-style toilets, which may be inconvenient for some people. Campers will not be able to use the bathrooms after 8pm, so be careful...

I stayed here for climbing Mt. Gassan. We provide free transportation to Tsuruoka Station. Advance reservation. Although there is no open air for meals or baths, it was very good. The stars are also beautiful at night. This is recommended for those who are climbing by bus from the 8th station of Mt. Gassan. We have rice ball packs for mountain climbers, and we also offer morning walks.

I think it's a very good place for those heading to Dewa Sanzan.Four people stayed in a Japanese-style room.Although it is small, it gives a good impression. Some of the meals were buffet style, so it was nice to be able to adjust the meals to suit both those who wanted to eat a lot and those who couldn't eat much.It may have been a coincidence, but there was an early morning tour to Dewa Sanzan Shrine, which included souvenirs such as amulets, as well as thorough explanations and hands-on experiences, making it a great value.I think it's a good idea to use it if you're climbing Dewa Sanzan.

I used it for climbing Mt. Gassan. It seems that many people use it for things like visiting Dewa Shrine.
