I stayed here for the first time to go to Disneyland. The hotel is located on the right side of the south exit of Funabashi Station. The reception is on the 6th floor. Although it is an automatic check method, there is sufficient staff support. The whole hotel has a beautiful impression. Amenities are located in front of the front desk. The location is perfect, and I don't think you will have any trouble finding food or drinks. There is also a convenience store and 100 yen shop (Daiso Giga Funabashi), where you can find almost everything. It takes 40 minutes by JR from Shinagawa and costs about 400 yen, so I thought this was a hidden gem. It's GOOD! !

We knew the below and this was my second time using this hotel, overall ok for a short stay and is convenient location to go out- The hotel entrance is not easy to find, as it is in a shopping mall at the Funabashi station.- The room is quite small, if you had a large luggage it would be hard to leave it open. Even small one opened was blocking the room door- Check in and check out process is done via kiosk machines, while there are 3-4 staff at the counter behind it you still are not allowed to do manual check in, and someone else comes onto the screen just to say hello…. It is a good idea having it if the facility is unattended, but with many staffs around seen in front of me it was very uncomfortable doing the check in through the machine- the reception floor on Level 6 has a small smoking room and you do not have to go outside of the hotel if you are a smoker

I stayed for 2 nights on October 4th and 5th. The room condition was good and there were a lot of places to eat nearby. Accessibility to downtown Tokyo and Narita Airport was also good.I intend to visit again. It's a shame I couldn't take a picture~ Thank you.^^

Since we introduced an automatic check-in machine like APA, checking in has become a hassle.They no longer clean my room every day when I stay for consecutive nights! It's fine if it's a volunteer like route-in, but I don't want it to be forced!

The cleanliness of the room, the location, and the staff's customer service were all great, and I would love to stay there again!However, at check-in, I was guided to the elevator to my room, but after entering the room and changing, I learned that amenities such as tooth brushing were available in the lobby. I felt it would have been more helpful if they had told me at check-in, ``Amenities are available in the lobby, so please bring what you need.''Hotel staff are generally unfriendly, but the staff here were very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.
