I stayed there for 5 nights from July 14th, but the washing machine was dirty, and I was washing my swimsuit every day because I was going to the beach, but every time I washed it, there was always trash. At first, I wonder if the person in front of me washed it with tissues? But after the third night, I was convinced that it was dirt. The room is clean, but I think you should also take a look at the accessories. In the past, when I turned on the air conditioner, the water wouldn't stop coming out, but since the room was full, I couldn't change rooms and was told that it would stop once the water ran out, so I just left it there. I'm a little disappointed.

It's close enough to the city center to walk (10 minutes).Parking wasn't lacking, perhaps because it wasn't peak season. (end of June)I was very satisfied with the reasonable price, the room was spacious and in very clean condition, and it even had laundry and dryer facilities.However, I had trouble sleeping because I heard a noise in the early morning, whether it was the air conditioner or the drain pipe, but if this part is fixed, I would like to stay again next time!

The cost performance was very good.The location was good, being able to walk to the downtown area and the local supermarket ``San-ei'' being a 5-minute walk away.Also, the interior was very new, and the room had everything including a washer and dryer, microwave, large refrigerator, electric stove, dishes, and detergent, so it was very comfortable.There was no cleaning during my stay, but there was no problem at all.If you stay here, you can wash and dry your clothes every day, so you can stay for a long time even if you don't have new clothes.Amenities such as toothbrushes and shampoo are also provided. There are also hand towels and bath towels. Everything you need is there.However, there are no pajamas, so you need to bring your own.

The location is great, a few min drive to local shops and restaurants.The room is spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 child with one single and one queen. However, there is almost no storage space. There are 2 empty boxes provided under the bed that can be used, and the luggage can be stored there as well. Foldaway small dining table and 3 chairs. The washing and dryer unit is great, especially in Miyako when you do lots of outdoor wet/ocean activitiesAvailable free parking. Complimentary Sanpin tea and Chuhai too!You manage your own rubbish disposal. Towels are provided for couple of days use, then you'll need to wash them yourself if needed.All in all, it was comfortable for us.

The room, bath, toilet, and kitchen were all clean and comfortable.However, the footsteps from the floor above were so noisy that it was stressful. Not recommended for people who are sensitive to footsteps and voices. For those who don't care, I think it's a very convenient place to spend time as there is a supermarket nearby.
