First of all, this is a non-face-to-face check-in, so you have to receive the key from the key box before entering the apartment, but after going through the first automatic door, you are embarrassed because the security door in front of the elevator does not open. There is a box for entering the password near the automatic door (if you look at the picture, you will see that I just took a picture of the box where you enter the password out of nowhere, but check that there is a key hole underneath). You have to insert the key you received into the key hole below and turn it to open the security door. (I figured it out after seeing someone using it)2. As mentioned in other reviews, there wasn't much to do here at night, so I borrowed a Google Chromecast and it was very useful.review.It felt like I was staying in a slightly B&B-style Japanese studio. It was fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, gas stove, and other dishes, which was a great help in expensive Miyakojima. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no toaster. The location is good, so you can find a Blue Seal convenience store and restaurants within a short walk. The view was great, so I was able to watch the beautiful sunset from my room.The downside was that the floor was carpeted and there were no indoor slippers, which was a bit disappointing.Here, you must separate and dispose of your own trash before leaving the room. I accidentally broke a plate while doing the dishes and was worried about having to pay for it, but I was grateful that the person in charge coolly told me in Korean that it was okay.

The price is moderate, facing the sea and convenient for transportation. The taxi driver knew me. Second time staying. I will be staying here for a month and will be cleaned every ten days. There are many large supermarkets nearby.

I rented a corner room, room 708, and it had the best view. The location is good wherever you go, I would use it again (*^^*)①By the way, the TV is not smart, so we made the right decision by bringing a fire stick to watch YouTube and movies at night.②There was also a chair and a wash basin in the bath.

I have no complaints about the location of the room, but it is difficult to hand over the keys. I couldn't get into the entrance and asked a foreigner to tell me where to go.

Thank you for your kindness. Currently, on August 2, 2023, there is a typhoon, and unfortunately, our flight to Miyakojima island has been canceled twice. Due to the circumstances, we were unable to use our reservation, so we requested a refund. Thankfully, they kindly agreed to provide us with a refund without any additional charges. 30 minutes walk to downtown. Other than that, the view from the room was good as well.
