We stayed with 4 people including 2 children.I stayed there before (2 years ago) and the inside of the building was still in good condition!This time I used a room with a jet bath, and it was comfortable to use as there was hot water.It was a time when there were relatively few insects, so it was more comfortable.Thank you very much for responding to this sudden and impossible request.We look forward to using your service again in the future. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and very comfortable.It was very close to the sea, and had the best location of all the hotels I've stayed at on Miyakojima.Breakfast was delivered and the vegetables were fresh.

The sea in Okinawa was so beautiful!The breakfast was delicious and I was able to enjoy Miyakojima while resting slowly!Good cost performance and highly recommended!I will definitely make a reservation next time I come!

I was very concerned about hygiene. G was tolerable, but there was a large rat running across the window sill outside, and the pool, which I was looking forward to, was so disgusting that I couldn't go in.As soon as I opened the refrigerator, the smell filled the room.

I've been to Miyako many times, but this was my first time staying in Irabu! The villa was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The starry sky was also beautiful.Since I was with a child, I cooked in the mini-kitchen in the room, but even though I had a mini-kitchen, there wasn't enough cutlery😢I went to buy some at the 100-yen store. You can also rent pots and seasonings, so it would be best if it was in the administration building. Room 4 I stayed in only had a jacuzzi, but it was very nice! However, I was disappointed in the trees in front of me. I think the impression will change considerably just by maintaining the area in front of you! I was surprised because there was a walkway in front of the jacuzzi and people I didn't know were walking there.The towels are super fluffy! There are insects, but it can't be helped!It would have been better if there was a washing machine, so I'm looking forward to the future!The staff were kind!

I think it's great for families with elementary school students as it has a pool and is close to the sea. I went to a large resort hotel, but it was crowded with places to eat and play in the sea, but this villa was quieter and more comfortable.I thought it would be my last time coming to Miyakojima, but my grandson liked this villa so much that I wanted to come again.

It's close to Shimojishima Airport and Irabu Ohashi Bridge, so I felt it was very good in terms of access to Miyakojima city.As for the room, it was very clean and well-cleaned, including the kitchen. Also, since the bedroom is on the second floor, the ocean view you can see the moment you wake up is amazing.The private pool is always equipped with floats and the pool can be seen from inside the room, so even if you bring small children with you, you can use the pool with peace of mind.

Thank you for staying with us for 4 nights.We had a very relaxing time all four nights.The view from the room was amazing, and seeing the sky blue ocean while drinking beer from the room was the perfect reward for a relaxing time.At night, it felt great to soak in the night breeze while soaking in the jacuzzi 😉The facilities in the room were perfect, the shampoo smelled nice, and the hair dryer was a good Panasonic one.I had a great time during my stay, so if I ever come to Miyakojima again, I would like to stay with you again.It was also nice that there were many stylish cafes around the villa.

It was my first time staying in a villa and it was very beautiful.The room was much larger and cleaner than it looked in the photo. It was also nice to be able to order wine and champagne.The manager was young, but I had a good impression of him due to his courteous service.Thank you for the 3 days.

It was a lovely villa. The furniture is stylish and the atmosphere of the room is very good. I was staying with a friend, and I was glad that there were two sinks. I would definitely use it again!

I stayed here for 2 nights the other day. Considering the quality of the villa, I think the cost performance is quite good.The indirect lighting and furniture were quite stylish, and the view from the bedroom on the second floor was really nice.Even though it was winter, I was happy to be able to go to the sea.According to the staff, it looks like we'll be able to rent bicycle fishing rods and use a tent sauna, so we'll be back next year.thank you very much.

I went to Shimojishima for the first time as a family! The sea was beautiful everywhere you looked, and the location of the villa was very convenient, just 6 minutes by car from the airport. There is a private beach in front of the villa, and it was a valuable experience to be able to swim in the sea without worrying about other people with children, and spend time relaxing in the ocean view room. The room we stayed in had a pool and jacuzzi, so we had a great time with our family. I was worried because the reviews said there were a lot of bugs and the room was dirty, but there weren't that many bugs and the room was clean and didn't bother me at all! There were many outlets which was very helpful. Also, the price of the villa is surprisingly low considering the view and location. Thank you for bringing your children. I would definitely like to go again.

I visited you during the New Year holidays.It was very clean as it was well kept!It's a reasonable price for a villa, but the view from the bedroom on the second floor was quite nice!I will go again!

This time I went to stay with my family for 2 nights and 3 days.Since there was no cleaning required, there were two days worth of towels and a vacuum cleaner.Also, when I woke up in the morning, I could see the ocean right in front of me, and I could go to a private beach in 30 seconds, so I was able to watch the sunset on the ocean, and before I went to bed at night, I could see so many stars from my bed that I couldn't normally see in the city. I was able to see it.I was worried because some of the reviews mentioned cleaning issues, but since the hotel has reopened and the manager has changed, the cleaning staff has also improved, making it very clean and comfortable.It was very close to the airport by car, and I was able to easily go to Miyakojima.If I had to say strongly, I would say that because it is a beautiful place surrounded by nature, there were more insects than in the city, but I heard that there are many insects in Miyako and Irabu, so I didn't feel anything. . We also had sprays to get rid of insects, so we didn't have any problems.Is the price cheap? We had a wonderful 3 days with a Jacuzzi outside for a reasonable price.Personally, I feel that it is suitable for families with small children and for group trips.It was a really nice villa! I want to go again.

As someone has pointed out, it was very disappointing that the room had not been cleaned.I don't usually comment, but there was a gap with the posted photo.Since it is by the sea, insects are not an issue. However, it's not that the outside of the window is dirty, but the inside is full of dirt and dust, and even though I know I'm going to stay here today, when I open the curtains, there are bugs rolling around, and the window is dirty and full of dust. The rose of...The ceiling fan in the living room on the first floor is perfect for a resort, but there was sticky brown dirt and dust on it and I didn't want it to spin.I wonder how they managed to get as dirty as you do.The top of the table and bed...Anyway, like the air conditioner, it is not cleaned properly.The toilet and bathroom were very clean.The owner was also a very nice person, so I think it would be perfect as long as the cleaning was done properly.There are bugs on the walls every day because bugs always come in through the ventilation holes. If you are not good at it, it will be difficult.German cockroaches are common in Miyako. I had heard from a friend that Miyako is not suitable for people who don't like that, so I wasn't surprised by that.Also, there were no cups in the bathroom, so I had trouble brushing my teeth.Also, even though there is a kitchen, there are only two 10cm plates. I had plastic wrap, so I used it as a plate.The neighbors can be seen completely from the second floor, so it would be nice if there was some kind of countermeasure. It was pitch dark at night, so I couldn't see the pool, so I kept the roll curtains closed.It would be beautiful if it was lit up.It's a nice villa, so I would like them to put more effort into cleaning it.I look forward to the future.

I had high expectations because it was a new building, but I was disappointed that it wasn't kept well-maintained and that the breakfast menu was the same every day.Also, since it's an island, it's natural that there are a lot of insects, but I was surprised that there were so many.Also, if you stay for consecutive nights, cleaning will not be included.I wonder how the cost performance is...(>_<)

The atmosphere, view, and facilities of the room were very good.It was a pity that there was no washing machine.Also, breakfast is served early at 8am, so I think it would be helpful for families with children if they could at least start at 6:30 or 7am.

This is a villa-style accommodation facility that just opened in the summer of 2022.Just the other day, two people stayed in a type 1 room.Since it has only been open for less than a year, it was very clean and had a wonderful resort-like interior. The bathroom and water area are modern, and it was helpful that there were two sinks and two toilets.There is a parking lot for each room in front of the entrance, so it is very convenient if you rent a car.Some rooms come with a pool or jacuzzi outside, so I think it's especially comfortable in the summer. However, I think it is necessary to wear a swimsuit as there is a possibility that people next to you will see you.Breakfast was brought to our room at the designated time, and the staff was very attentive and made our stay very comfortable.I don't think many people know about it because it just opened and there are only 5 rooms.I would like to stay again.
