In conclusion, it's very disappointing considering the price. I can't recommend it enough.I arrived in the evening, the lights weren't on, it was pitch black, and it was very difficult to check in. I didn't know where to go unless I called.Unlike the photos on the website, the room was quite old and lacked a sense of cleanliness. Also, I felt that the service was not very friendly, or rather, there was almost no hospitality. They handed me the keys, lent me the snorkeling equipment, and that was it. The phone at the front desk is hard to connect, and the Wi-Fi in the room is also not working. During my stay, I cut my finger and when I asked if the hotel had bandaids, they said they didn't. Even though the location doesn't have convenience stores or pharmacies nearby, I can't believe I don't have even the bare minimum medicine cabinet...To be honest, Miyakojima is such a nice place, but I feel like my stay here ruined it.

There were a lot of ants and a huge spider in the bath. If not, 100%! I was surprised because people in the city are not used to insects. I think people in the countryside are fine!

I stayed for 3 nights on my first visit (160,000 yen/3 nights). In short, it's not bad, but it's not up to a certain level considering the price. First of all, there is no staff on site (maybe they are at the nearby Imugya Palace). What's more, I was supposed to make a phone call when I needed to, but the phone wasn't working (it turned out to be due to a large-scale communication failure at KDDI, but I had to send letters to each room to notify them). ). There were no major problems with the staff's response when I contacted them. The facilities in the room were not bad, but I was disappointed because some of the fittings, such as the entrance door, were cheap and didn't look like a resort. It's not auto-lock either. The cable behind the toilet was full of dust, but other than that I don't think there were any major issues with cleaning. The water in the pool was clean, the bath was large, and the separate shower was great. There is a partial ocean view from the room, but since it is across the road, it doesn't feel like you can enjoy the ocean view. The amenities were L'Occitane and were great. In addition to the refrigerator, there was also a freezer, which was great during the hot weather. The breakfast was mainly Okinawan cuisine and was very delicious, and although I stayed for 3 nights, the breakfast was a little different each day so I never got bored. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I wasn't very satisfied with it, and I didn't feel like coming back in the near future.

The facilities are starting to show their age, but they are kept fairly clean. I really appreciate the free rental of snorkeling sets. You can enjoy snorkeling to your heart's content right in front of your eyes. It seems a little high in terms of cost, but if you think of it as a location fee, I think it's worth it.

I made a reservation for Golden Week, but due to circumstances, I canceled it in advance. I canceled in advance over the phone, but due to a mistake on the hotel's side, the cancellation was not processed. As a result, I was charged a large amount of money even though I didn't even stay there. The middle-aged male staff member was overbearing, didn't even listen to what I had to say, and insisted on just paying the bill. When I presented the call record, everything was fine, butWithout it, it would have been dangerous.

The best part is the wonderful location with Imugya Beach right in front of you. I thought the spacious and luxurious rooms and the kind staff were wonderful.Being able to prepare everything in your room and go straight to the beach is a unique feature of this location. I also appreciate that snorkels are provided free of charge. Small tropical fish glittered beautifully in the calm sea with highly transparent waves, and I thought that I should fully enjoy the sea on Miyakojima. The meals are plentiful and everything is delicious. I like shrimp, so the shrimp from Miyakojima was especially good.Actually, I was a little worried after seeing the low reviews, but there were no particular problems, and in fact, I was very impressed with the room, which was bigger and cleaner than I expected, and the warm customer service.
