The room was cleaned fairly well, but the electricity at the entrance was out. The air conditioner had not been cleaned at all and had a strong smell. It's probably full of dust that hasn't been cleaned in over 5 years. The location is good as it's about a 5 minute walk to the outlet.

The facilities were kept clean and I felt very comfortable.However, one thing to note is that the walls and floor are thin, so as mentioned in user reviews, the echoes of daily life sounds are strong.I was on the second floor, but right after I checked in, I received a complaint from the floor below, so I couldn't relax.Since I had a small child with me, I couldn't pay attention to the sound of footsteps, so I think using it with family, friends, etc. might have an impact on the people around me.Although it is in an affordable price range, the problem is that it has a structure that does not match modern construction.

I used it before with two families, and we were very satisfied with the room because it was clean and spacious and close to outlets. However, since the parking lot is limited to one car per room, there is a risk that people will think that you are the same as someone who carelessly parks on the street without considering the inconvenience to the neighbors. If you have human intelligence and a few hundred yen in change, do a little research and use the nearby coin parking.

I used it on a family trip! It was spacious enough and comfortable for 4 adults! There are outlet stores and Costco nearby, so it was easy to go shopping! Both the bedroom and the water area were clean!However, the noise from the second floor bothered me a little. It might be a child, but I kept hearing sounds like they were running around. Therefore, I have contacted you and asked for your attention. There was no sign that the noise would stop until around 10:30 pm, so I wasn't sure if they would respond the first time. I have contacted you again. As if they had responded to my request politely, it became quiet after that, and I was able to spend some time there as well. thank you very much! !I thought it would be nice to be able to choose the floor number to prevent trouble between users.It had been a long time since we had gone on a family trip, so we were able to spend a relaxing time at a nice inn, and my parents were happy too, so we would like to use it again if we have the chance!

Stay 3 nights there with 3 kids.PRO.- Price.- Next to shopping.CON.- Noise from top floor. Very very loud!!! All day all night!!! Made a complaint but nothing happened.- Not clean as hotel.- No reception.- Very poor condition bed and sofa.*** Make sure you have door 4 Digits PIN before you come to the property. Otherwise you have no way to contacting them unless you make a direct call.

Anyway, the walls were thin and the Chinese people next door and upstairs were buzzing all night long, wanting to stay the night. The TV 📺 is now a projector, so it's not easy to use!
