Great appartament, well equipped and clean. Position close to city center. Wi-fi not always working in the evening. Except for this aspetta, this accomodation is absolutely recommended!

It's quite different from the photo on the website.It feels like a cheap apartment is disguised with wallpaper. The bathroom was also dirty, and although they offered a welcome drink, they only served bottled water.As for the view, you can see cargo ships and miscellaneous buildings in front of you, and you can see the ocean in the background, but it's not a beautiful view.The elevator was also quite dirty, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a tourist.I would also consider renting it out.It is best not to come here for any commemorative or special trip. I think it's better if you're with friends. I was disappointed because I paid ¥17,000/day, which is not much different from other luxury hotels.I had high expectations because there were a lot of good reviews, but it wasn't at all.

You can make reservations directly on the official website or hotel website. It seems that the office is located behind the shabu-shabu restaurant on the first floor of the same building. Communication, check-in, and check-out are all smooth. The view was good and I could clearly see the sea. Air conditioner works well. Parking is across the street from the building and costs 1000 yen per day. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby, so you don't have to use a car at night. A convenience store is also about a 3 minute walk away. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are perfect. I rented a two-bedroom apartment, but the sliding doors meant I could hear the kitchen noise directly into the room. The toilet is located behind the bed pillow in the bedroom, so it is not recommended for people who are sensitive to noise.It seems that the same company has several rental rooms, but the other guests and residents are kind and greet you well, so it is safe and has a good environment. I also appreciate being able to take out the trash at any time.

It was good point・All kinds of electrical appliances are available・Downtown is right in front of you・I was able to park my rental car in a free parking lot for 1,000 yen per night.・Check-in can be done at Shabu-an on the 1st floor.・Although it was a fishing port on the 6th floor, I could see the sea.・There was a bathroom dryer and a big laundry bag, so I was able to dry my laundry on the balcony.・The room was clean overall.- Detergent was provided in bottles.・There were also 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds.- Saronia hair dryers and men's lotion were also available.Bad points・The toilet lock was broken.・There was noticeable mold in the bathroom・It was nice to have a Mirable shower head, but the water pressure was too weak.

・You can go anywhere on the island in about 30 minutes by car, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets and downtown areas nearby.・A separate parking fee of 1,000 yen/day is required. (Advance notice required)-The building is new and it's a normal apartment, so there's plenty of space to store your luggage.・We have a microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator/freezer, tableware, and cooking utensils (you need to prepare your own seasonings).・There is also a washing machine, so you can wash your clothes every day. (We have clothesline, drying stand, hangers, and pinch hangers)・Breakfast at Shabu-an starts at 8am, so those who leave early in the morning should be careful, but we recommend it as it is Japanese food that includes Okinawan specialty side dishes and is both delicious and filling.
