The hospitality of the staff is outstanding!I gave it four stars because there were some small insects due to the location, but this is more of a problem with the location than with the hotel. You will be more attentive than that, so you can spend a comfortable time.

I stayed in the Royal Suite for 2 nights with breakfast included.The service was good and it was a great trip.There are many rental goods, so it can also be used as a base for activities.There are definitely a lot of insects, so if you don't like them, you need to take precautions.Kinchor is always on hand.Some offer eco-stays, but I don't really recommend them because changing towels, refilling drinks, etc. is a hassle and time-consuming.

I stayed in a villa. I was disappointed that the cleaning wasn't very clean while I was out on the second day. The rooms were clean. I couldn't see the sea from my room on the first floor.

I used it for afternoon tea. Even though the price was very reasonable, it was a weekday after Golden Week, so it was empty, so we had an elegant time ♪ There is also a private beach, so I think this hotel is recommended for couples.

The room, location, and access from the parking lot are perfect, but the breakfast is surprisingly poor and overpriced. The staff had the best customer service, but the breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Are you complaining about the small number of items and the bad bread? The atmosphere of the hotel and the breakfast are inversely proportional.

A room inspired by the Aegean Sea with white and emerald blue as the base colors.Private pool in front, Jacuzzi on the roof.Pool/bath lovers will be very satisfied.Since it was February, the pool was heated.I was able to relax and watch the sunrise and starry sky, observe hermit crabs on the nearby beach, and relax.Are there many young people on the staff?He smiles and talks to me in a friendly manner, and is very kind.For breakfast, you could choose from two Western dishes on the first day, and Japanese food on the second day.Dinner is only available on the first day.It wasn't too much and I was very satisfied.A new affiliated hotel will open on the hill in March. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of hotel it is.

This is my second stay here, and it's my honeymoon.The sea in Irabu Island is the most beautiful in front of here. The location is too great.I highly recommend staying on the second floor for sea purposes!The room has a refreshing interior and is clean. There are also plenty of amenities.We were given sweets in our room as a welcome service, and they were delicious. I wanted to buy it as a souvenir, and when I asked where it was, I was told that the chef there had made it. I was surprised.This is a hotel I would like to stay at again and again.

I stayed for 5 days. The stylish exterior, inspired by the Greek island of Santorini, will excite you as soon as you arrive. I stayed in a villa type room and was able to fully enjoy the extraordinary experience. There is also a jacuzzi on the rooftop, and bathing while looking out at the moonlit night was a great experience. Not only does it look good, but the food is actually top-notch. This is what surprised me the most. We had breakfast and lunch, and they were really delicious. I would love to have dinner next time. Finally, a big thank you to all the attentive staff who always had a smile on their faces! I am filled with envy and gratitude for everyone who works in a place like this. Thank you for the best end of the year!

After taking a dip in the pool, warm up your cold body in the jacuzzi on the rooftop, lie on the couch, watch the sunset, and drink Orion beer...the best...

I stayed there once with my whole family. Everything was at the highest level and I was surprisingly satisfied. In particular, the Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a great place to spend your time watching the stars. It is also recommended in the morning and evening.I am happy with the attentive service provided by the staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location, facilities, and staff hospitality. I was healed. We recommend that you relax and spend the entire time from check-in to check-out without leaving your home. Oil massage is also great.

I stayed there until today on my honeymoon!When we entered the room, they prepared fruit for us as a honeymoon gift!The rooms are clean and there is a private pool on the first floor.If you go up to the second floor, there is a jacuzzi and a spectacular view 🤩Provide VIP treatment to all customersWhen the taxi arrived, it was in a hurry so they came to pick me up in a cart 🥹On the way back, they even loaded my luggage and drove me to the car where my rental car was located!Too wonderful!I will definitely use it again when I come to Miyakojima 😍thank you very much!

The price is reasonable, but the breakfast is very carefully prepared.The layout of the room is also nice.Even though I had selected a plan without dinner and had already made a reservation, I was asked by phone immediately after making the reservation if I wanted to include dinner, and I told them that it was not necessary, but when I checked in I was asked again if I wanted to include dinner. .A little persistent.It felt like an invitation.The female guide was cheerful and kind, although I was a little concerned about her being a little too considerate.The only person I couldn't get along with was the man in charge of delivering breakfast. While explaining the menu, there was no smile and the explanation of the contents was difficult to understand. The other side of the smile that appeared with the final greeting was not smiling, which was a little scary.The other negatives are that there were insects in the room and the overall high price.
