The location, the sea view from the room window, and the surrounding environment are great.It's noisy at night as it faces a road with a fair amount of traffic.Although the building is showing its age,It was clean and it was a comfortable stay. There was no problem with the bedding either.The parking lot is as instructed by the inn.It's narrow. However, the adjacent parking lot is 500 yen for 24 hours, so if that is difficult, you may want to use that.Since the forecast was for snow on the day of my check-in, I was very grateful that they allowed me to enter the room early and be present.I would like to introduce some disappointing points.・There is no hot water in the bathroom. Since I visited in winter, it was quite inconvenient.-The breaker will trip immediately.・There is a dining room, but no living room.・Even though it's before check-out time,The cleaning person entered the room without permission. I was shocked by this. I had a bad feeling at the end of the trip, thinking it was a suspicious person.The problem with the equipment system was thatI don't have a box of tissues.It would have been better to have kitchen paper as well.

1 night stay from 7/15 to 7/16We stayed with 4 adults, 2 children, and 2 small pets.50,800 yen per night.5 minutes walk from Zushi Beach,Great location with a view of the ocean from the bedroom on the 2nd floor and the living room window on the 1st floor (cannot be opened).The price is reasonable, so overall I'm satisfied.The building is clean and the amenities are fairly complete (no toothbrushes), which was helpful as there are very few accommodations that allow pets.My child accidentally broke one of the glasses, but it's okay. Thank you very much for your kind response.However, 1 point.As seen in many other reviews,The parking lot is unusually narrow.Furthermore, due to the amount of traffic on the road in front and the frequent coming and going of people, it is not suitable for those who are not confident in driving.When entering or exiting the parking lot, someone should step out onto the road and bow to pedestrians and passers-by while guiding them. People will be required.I went by Elgrand,Since the sliding door on the side could not be opened or closed, I got on and off through the rear door.About 50cm tall*When unloading, you will not be able to open or close the rear door unless you move at least 1m further forward.We arrived at the site around 8am to go to the beach early in the morning, and parked our car in the parking lot next door until check-in at 3pm.Parking on Zushi Beach is crowded throughout the season, so you'll need to reserve your spot early.

It is located next to Nagisabashi Coffee, and you can go to the edge of the Zushi coast in about 2 minutes on foot, making it the perfect location for sea lovers.I stayed there for 3 weeks after the end of Golden Week in May 2023, and the staff was very responsive, and although the facility was old, I was able to spend a comfortable time with my dog.I have heard that renovations are scheduled to begin in June, and the facilities will likely be even better after the renovations.We hope that your dog will be able to stay there even after the renovation ♫

We stayed in December 2022. This is a very well-located guesthouse that allows you to stay with your pet and is close to Zushi Beach and Hayama Marina. The staff was very responsive, contacting us multiple times before check-in, and also provided thorough support on the day of check-in.It appears to be a renovated house, with appliances and tableware in the kitchen, and a washing machine in the bathroom, making it very convenient! It seems possible to stay for a long time.However, as I explained to you at check-in, the floor is slightly slanted. I felt a little seasick. Also, there are traces of the previous occupants (nail holes in the walls, etc.), so if you plan on using the property, I think it would be better if you could accept such things.Another thing to note is that you need to be careful when traveling by car. There is a free parking space at the facility, but it is very small and would be difficult to use unless you have a light car or a minivan with a sliding door. There is a coin parking nearby, but it may be full depending on the season and time of day, so it's a good idea to check in advance.
