I used it on my trip from Oita to Amakusa. There were 5 adults traveling as a family and we stayed during the Obon period. I made the reservation about 3 weeks in advance, and there were spaces available, so I was able to stay there without any problems, which was very helpful.I didn't hear much about the details until I arrived, so I was a little worried, but the Japanese-style rooms were 8 tatami mats and 6 tatami mats, and each room had an air conditioner. There is also a shower room and wash basin, and a separate toilet with hot water washing function. There is also a separate men's and women's bath, so if you're just staying overnight, you won't have any complaints.Even though it was the Obon holiday, it was quite cheap at ¥4,000 per person including tax for a room without meals, and there were pubs, restaurants, and sightseeing facilities within walking distance, so I didn't have any problems even with a plan that didn't include meals. To be honest, the refrigerator in the room is a very small one-door refrigerator for one person, so I thought it would have been a little larger for a room with five people, which would have been helpful when bringing various things.I am a smoker, but smoking is generally prohibited inside the building. However, there is a smoking room, so you can smoke there. We do not have electric kettles, pots, glasses, etc., so it would be a good idea to bring your own if necessary.Although it has been renovated, the building is quite old, so this is an ideal facility for those who want to enjoy the local area while keeping lodging costs low. I think so.I will use it again if I have the opportunity!

It was cheap, and the staff made me feel at home. The building itself feels old, but I don't think it's a problem for people who just want to sleep. It's convenient because there's a good izakaya nearby. This time I stayed overnight at a guesthouse, but it seems like there are also business travelers, so I thought I'd stay there.

I don't know if it's cheap or bad, but it was too bad.The room was cold and the heating didn't work at all. I set it to 30℃, but it doesn't warm up at all. There's no kettle and I can't even drink tea. There are no curtains and outside light comes in directly. There is Wi-Fi, but it is slow and disconnects quite often. The smell of half-dried bath towels was amazing. I wiped my body with it and my whole body stunk. The bath is too warm. cold. The bathtub was dirty with dirt floating in it. Even though I arrived relatively early, it was lukewarm. The handle on the faucet has been taken off so you can't get warm. At least when I tried to warm up in the shower, the water pressure was weak and stopped after about 5 seconds. The shower temperature is also unstable. Even when I turned the temperature all the way up, it was lukewarm. I had no choice but to go up in the cold. The baths are open until 8pm. It's too early no matter what. It's also cold where we eat. It's open as a precaution against the coronavirus, but the heating isn't on. It's too cold. The main dish was 3 tiny pieces of fried chicken. It's about the same as a bento box at a supermarket for around 300 yen. Even though it's cold, they only serve cold tea. The person serving the food was so unfriendly that it made me feel annoyed. I couldn't choose the time for dinner, and even though I was there on time, the side dishes were cold.It was my first experience staying in such a bad hotel. I know it's for workers, but it was so bad.

Although it has received bad reviews, the bath and room seem to have been renovated, so you can stay with peace of mind. However, the bath😅 was lukewarm and the water got cold so I couldn't sleep well.I ended up going out in the middle of the night to buy alcohol and food.I had breakfast late, which caused some inconvenience.Just that pointFrom Jalan's perspective, it looks like it's a luxurious meal, but it's normal. There is a shower in the room, so if the bath is lukewarm, I think it would be better to use that. That was a real minus.I go to Amakusa often, so I would like to stay here again. Please make the bath a little warmer in the winter!
