It was a great hotel with great hospitality.The staff were very attentive and the room was kept perfectly clean.Laundry was also free, which was very helpful if you were traveling with small children.The large public bath is simple but clean, and the cold water bath pumped with underground water is the best after a sauna!When I come to Amami again, I will definitely stay here again.

This was my second time using the hotel, and this time I stayed for 2 nights. As a result, they were able to see more details, which increased the hotel's rating. ➀ Less than half of the morning buffet menu will be replaced. Of course, the core parts are the same, such as the chicken rice and the type of bread, but the main dishes also change. This is a compliment considering the price of the blue. ②The room was upgraded. Although I had asked for a room with a regular double bed, I was glad that they gave me a corner twin room with a nice sea view (and it was on the 9th floor). The 10th floor has a large public bath (with sauna), so it's convenient. ③The staff never forgets to greet and smile. Especially the front. It would be even better if this extended to the cleaning staff. ④ The room is clean, quiet, and beautiful. ⑤ The pillows are of good quality and I can sleep well. By the way, the price was 8,000 yen (including breakfast) for Friday (September 27th) and 12,000 yen for Saturday (September 28th), but since I used my hometown tax payment through Rakuten Travel, It was also great that I only had to pay 4,000 yen. When you come to Amami, it's hard to think of any other hotel other than this one.

The location was very good as our purpose was to eat dinner outside. The facility is new and clean. The room is small, but it doesn't feel too inconvenient. The air conditioning, toilet, and bathtub were nice. There was also a small bath on the 10th floor, and the sauna's automatic steam bath was excellent. Is the laundry a design flaw? I was surprised at how hot it was. Breakfast was also quite good. On the day I stayed, there was a fireworks display and I was able to watch it from my room.

It's good to take a bath with a view from 16:00!There is no need to take turns taking a bath after coming back from the beach and before going out to eat. It saves time.Although it is not a hot spring, there is a sauna and a cold bath.I was told at the front desk that there were no amenities in the observation bath, but it was Sekkisei that had towels, lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover.Individually wrapped cotton swabs are available, as well as paper cups and a water cooler.I stayed in a twin room, and since the hotel is new, it's clean, the rooms are spacious, and the fact that the toilet and bath are separate allows you to get ready in the morning without having to worry about your companions.The only downside is that you have to pay for extra towels. Still 5 stars.
