It's run by a couple, but the people and the food are the best❗No matter how high-class you go, I don't think you'll ever receive the warm hospitality you get at this guesthouse. I will definitely go again.

The best food I've had the entire trip. They even made the mochi from scratch. Absolutely worth it.

We feasted like kings. The rooms were beautiful. We had a kotatsu! The meals were luxuriously handmade, way more food than we could finish, and dinner and breakfast were both included. The price was really good and the owners were wonderfully hospitable. I miss them already. They don't speak english, but they anticipated all of our needs! I loved staying there and would go again if I could; we only had time to visit the docks, a temple, a glass museum and glass workshop. There seemed to be some more things to do, like nearby ruins accessed through a "Spirited Away" looking tunnel.
