I only used the sauna.The surroundings were very quiet and private, making it very relaxing.However, I was concerned that the road to the facility was quite narrow and the cold bath was a little lukewarm, but other than that it was wonderful!

We stayed at Sotetsu for one night at the end of June.It's about 20 minutes by car from Amami Airport, making it just the right distance. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and you won't feel the time.The road to the last hotel is unpaved and narrow, so be careful if you have a large vehicle. The parking space is also small.Once you enter the hotel grounds, the view is spectacular no matter where you look. Especially the view of the sea and plants from the sauna window is unforgettable. At night, the sky is full of stars.The hotel itself is new, so the rooms and equipment are very clean and have all the necessary facilities. We lit a bonfire as an option, but the bonfire space and firewood were also easy to use.It is a style in which futons are laid out on tatami mats rather than beds. The thickness and bounce of the futon were just right, so I was able to sleep comfortably.The air conditioner worked well and the bathroom was well ventilated, so there was no humidity.It was the time of year when there were a lot of insects, so some of them came into the room, but they had installed lots of insect repellents around the building, and they also had separate mosquito coils and insect repellent spray inside, so I was careful. If this happens, you can take further measures yourself. If you dim the lights indoors at night, insects won't come in.The sauna was especially nice, and I was allowed to use it both morning and night. The view was of course great, but the cold bath, pool facilities, and space were also great.We had the most luxurious experience, being able to enjoy the sauna at our own pace in a private and quiet environment, and enjoy the wonderful views in between.The owner flexibly responded to any minor troubles I had during check-in, and the owner's response to my questions was also wonderful.thank you very much.

The road to this place is quite narrow and difficult to understand! The flow line to the sauna is not good.It's a pity that there is no bathtub.There's no TV either.

I visited Amami Oshima for the first time and stayed for two nights.We had a sauna, we had a bonfire, we had a BBQ, we even touched goats (although we didn't do it), we picked herbs, we picked tankan, and we had a relaxing private time.Please note that the sauna is closed from 10:00 to 14:00.There was plenty of basic seasonings (soy sauce, mirin, sake, and Ajinomoto) as well as alcohol, so there was no need to buy those things at the supermarket.There was also ice.I think people who want to mix shochu with soda should buy soda.The accessories in the room had a good taste and were very stylish.Recommended for those who want to spend a private space or for families.Thank you for the wonderful time

This was my first visit to Amami Oshima.I was really happy with this villa! !We had a great time in a space with a calm atmosphere and a sense of style!I'm not a fan of saunas, but this sauna had a great view and was very refreshing. Amami Oshima and Ryukyu Villa are definitely places I would like to visit again! Thank you very much☺️

A rental inn located on a small hill. I was able to spend a relaxing time in the nature of the sea and mountains. BBQ in the garden is also great. It is said that there will be a sauna available eventually, so I will definitely visit again when that happens.

A space where you can experience the extraordinary. The sea, mountains and air are clear and the scenery is amazing 👍 There is a shower outside so you can take a shower while getting wet ❗️ Great for spending time with your loved ones ✨ I want to go again 🏄♀️🏄♂️

This hotel stands on a hill, a 2-minute walk from the beach🌴 You can rent out the entire vast grounds of approximately 1,800m² and enjoy Amami's nature to the fullest. It comes with a kitchen, so you can bring in local ingredients and enjoy cooking, but we recommend the on-site chef plan from one of our partner restaurants! If the weather is nice, you can have a luxurious dinner in the garden and have a luxurious time!
