I think it's an old-fashioned guesthouse.good points・The host's personality was very nice.・Meal (tasty)・Bath (bathroom: clean)As others have said, there may be some aspects of him that stand up to the evaluation, especially his personality.Improvement points・Bathroom (dressing area: a little dirty)There is only a fan, and it tends to get hot. Also, it would be nice if you could clean your feet a little more thoroughly.・RoomSometimes there are insects (I guess it can't be helped...)・Meal locationIt would be nice if the carpet was a little cleaner

Since it is a guesthouse, the washroom and toilet are shared. The baths were also separated by men and women. The owner and his wife of the guesthouse are very personable, kind, and comfortable. The food was so delicious that I couldn't finish it.

The rice was delicious!I was surprised that they also served lively Ise lobster! It's a guesthouse run by elderly people, so I think it's difficult to reach the high places, but I thought the air conditioner was cleaned so even people with dust allergies could feel at ease.

There are no chairs or sofas in the room, which is tough for a 70-year-old.The food is good in terms of quantity and quality. This guesthouse is close to the sea and is perfect for fishing and family beach trips.

Hmm (´・ω・`)The reviews from everyone were very good, so I made a reservation and chose the breakfast and dinner plan. The result is the worst in decades. There's a limit to how bad it is...The landlady (baa-chan) of the guesthouse was nice and friendly, but... everything else was probably the worst.Shall I show you to the room first? Room ○ on the 2nd floor and instructions. When I entered the room, I was suddenly fighting a spider that was about 5 to 7 cm in diameter! Other winged ants and small insects are also welcome. It was the hottest day on record, so there may be nothing I can do about it, but as soon as I entered the room, it was like a sauna, and the old air conditioner made it difficult to cool down, and on top of that, the filter and air vents were full of dust, which broke my heart. . I called about an hour before and asked for an early check-in, but I think it would have been better if they had turned on the air conditioner (´°‐°`).The bath is a family bath and is reserved for private use, but since the person who came before me took the bath, I assumed that they would contact me. After all, there were two groups including us on the day...There was no reservation system either, so it was first come, first served. There's no intercom or telephone in the room, so it's a hassle and pain to have to go downstairs each time to check. .There is no toilet in the room, so there are three toilets in the hallway. This is the first time I've ever been to a place where the toilet didn't have a ventilation fan‎꜀( ꜆-ࡇ-)꜆It's really hot and it smells really bad. It feels like you are holding your breath while you relieve yourself. The food was probably home-style and good.I also saw other people's reviews, but there are too many insects. I had an electric katori in my car that I used for camping, so I went to get it and installed it in a hurry ( ´-ω- )💨The overall review rating was 5 due to family members or some tricks...However, due to the personality of the landlady, we were able to give it a last chance. I look forward to it from now on. Thank you for your help.

I went on a beach day.The bath is a large family bath (about 6 washing areas) and reasonably clean. There's only one, so there's a bit of a waiting list.We had a barbecue in the garden. There is a barbecue space on the rental side of the building, but it was already reserved, so we used our own camping equipment.Apparently there weren't many people like that, so I consulted with the landlady to decide on a location, and ended up holding it in front of the main building. There was a washing area, we could enjoy the fireworks, and it was pretty easy! The walls are thin and I went to bed surrounded by the sounds of laughter from the room next door. The lock for the toilet is an unusual type so be careful.I didn't realize that there was a washing machine in front of the house I rented, so I ended up doing a 5-minute round trip to the laundry. I wonder if I could use that...
