This time, I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days on a business trip. The room was also quite clean and great! However, since the entire building is non-smoking, it was a bit difficult for me as a smoker. There is a 7 store nearby, so you can do some shopping.

It's within a 5-minute walk from Eniwa Station, and there's a 7-Eleven diagonally across the street, so I think it's convenient. It's a hotel designed for long-term stays, so you can live there. There are only 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel, and reservations are not possible, so it's first come, first served. If you use the large paid parking lot near Eniwa Station, parking for 24 hours will cost around 400 yen.(I think it was 100 yen for 1 hour.)It's contactless and tablet compatible at the entrance, so convenient! It was my first time at this type of hotel, but I thought it would be a good idea to go for a contactless hotel next time.I think Eniwa has a lot of restaurants including cafes.I also recommend the roadside station, but the parking lot is crowded on weekends and holidays. This time, I had breakfast at a roadside station, but I checked out at 10am.It was a little crowded, but I was able to park right away. There's a Starbucks, so I use it for everything.I recommend it along with Piece Eniwa.

Although it is a hotel, it is the same as a normal studio apartment. It has everything and is very quiet. It may be a bit extravagant, but I think it would be more eco-friendly if there was a washbasin in the bath. I also think it would be a good idea to have slippers for the toilet.

I wanted to have a relaxing experience by myself, so I stayed for one night as a trial. As someone who smokes, it's a bit cramped for me to ban smoking in the entire building lolTo check-in, use your tablet to speak to the receptionist via videophone, show your ID, and receive the PIN number for the entrance door to enter. The room code will be sent to you by email in advance, so please keep it safe. The semi-double room was more than enough space, and I spent most of the day lounging around on the two-seater sofa, drinking, eating, watching TV, and occasionally listening to music. It was so relaxing. The entrance to each room is a little narrow, so it may be inconvenient for people in wheelchairs. The toilet, sink, and bathroom are separate, and there is also a washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator (with 1 bottle of mineral water), and microwave. There were two sets of plates and cups in the storage under the kitchen. It contained a frying pan, an electric kettle, and a few other things. There was no dishwasher, but there was dish detergent and sponges. Also, a drain board in the sink. The washing machine did not have a drying function. There was a clothesline on the balcony, so I wonder if I can hang it outside outside of winter? I couldn't find anything like a clothesline, probably because it was in the winter.Sanitary products such as shampoo? They are kept in small quantities at the unmanned front desk, so each person can take only what they need to their rooms. Replacement towels were located behind the sanitary counter. The wall where the TV is installed is not directly connected to the next room, but the bathroom wall, so I felt that the structure was designed to reduce noise problems.I was able to sleep soundly without being bothered by the noise from cars running outside.Air conditioning is equipped with double FF heater and air conditioner.I'm basically a Hadashi fan, so I felt like I needed underfloor heating or a hot carpet in the winter. It was so comfortable that I would want to live here if I was alone. Now 4500 yen per night is cheap lolMy biggest complaint is that the Wi-Fi is so unstable that I can't watch movies comfortably.Well, all the hotels have the same quality.

It was a perfect facility for people staying for a long time. The entire building is non-smoking, and there is a convenience store nearby. I used it on a day when I was with a customer with a very naughty child, and I was able to relax without hearing voices from next door. I want a humidifier in the winter.

Check-in and check-out procedures are done using a tablet located at the entrance. The room was spacious and well-cleaned.There was also a kitchen, so I was able to cook some simple meals. All cooking utensils were available, including a microwave and rice cooker. There is also a washing machine, so I think this hotel is suitable for long-term stays. It took a bit of time to check out, but if I need to stay in Eniwa again, I would like to use this hotel.

The structure of the building is not good, and the noise from the living next door and upstairs is too loud, so if you're in a hotel room just for sleeping, it might not be a problem. There is a washing machine and a kitchen in each room, so you can hear the sound as a resonance sound. So if there are people staying who don't cook or do laundry, there won't be any problems.

In response to the coronavirus, you can check in without coming into contact with other people. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel. There is also a convenience store nearby, so it is very convenient.

This hotel is like a renovated studio apartment. The room is spacious and clean. The bath and toilet are separate, and there is also a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, tableware, etc., making it perfect for long-term stays.Even if you don't get a meal, there is a hot lunch box Kurata nearby, a convenience store, and a supermarket Uohan about a 10-minute walk away, so I don't think you'll have any problems.

Check-in was done unattended using a tablet. It took me 3-5 minutes to enter the address, etc., but everything went smoothly after that. This may be difficult for people who are not used to using tablets or smartphones. The room is designed so that it would be a waste to use it for just one night. Separate toilet and bath. It was comfortable and had a kitchen.I have to go to Hokkaido once a year, so I will use them again.
