I stayed there for a night before my connecting flight the next morning.Overall was an OK, for $152 a night:1. as for a 4-star hotel, on the day I checked in there was no concierge or anyone there to send me to my room and I carried 2 cabin luggage which was quite heavy for me to push through carpets floor and all the way to my room on the second floor.2. Wi-Fi is not working in my room which causes me to have to use my data roaming.3. room services it was ok

The best hotel at Soekarno Hatta Airport, even though the location is not very strategic, the service and quality of the rooms are very good, the rooms are big and wide, the presidential suite is also very good, cleanliness is maintained, the staff are friendly, the food is also delicious but unfortunately it doesn't have much variety, several times staying here did not disappoint.

From the arrival hall of Terminal 3, take the escalator up half a floor, follow the road to ANARA Hotel (toward the parking lot), and then cross the passage and it's right there! It's near the parking lot, so it's easy to wait for a taxi to pick up, and the breakfast is delicious. If you're hungry, you can go through one passage and go to the airport and eat. It's perfect for a short stay in Jakarta.

Clean hotel meeting European standards. It doesn't have much personality but the room is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is very very complete and good. Note that the hotel is ideally located for international flights but for local flights you need a taxi or take the train.

Very good hotel, best place to stay we stay 1 night before fly to Lombok and 1 afternoon and evening before we fly to Holland clean and modern room and good restaurant, next time we come back, they will be new billboards for direction from the terminals to the hotel

Thank you for the hospitality, highly recommended. The room was clean, the check-in process was fast, this was the first time I asked for late check out, I was given until 1 o'clock without having to do this or that, usually it's difficult or the latest was given at 12.30 WIB.Breakfast is ok, there are a lot of menu variations, that's all, but I'll review the japchay menu again, the taste is really different, the salad, the fruit is really fresh.
