It was very dirty, and a mysterious misanga appeared under the bed. The dishes are dirty and I don't feel like using them. There was hair and curly hair in the toilet and bathtub, and it was a waste to pay a 4,000 yen cleaning fee. I will never go there again.

Exsaison Shirokita 201:Check-in more difficult than an escape room. Door that did not open, the instructions given are not sufficiently explanatory.A thousand rules in the "apartment", such as regarding garbage.There is no table or anything similar where you can eat.Very bad washing machine on the windowsill, clogged hose and doesn't wash at all.I don't recommend it, you can find better for less/the same price. Cleanliness to improve. Among other things, it must be left clean and checkout is at 10am but check-in is at 3pm. How is this possible? It's a hole.Positive sides: host that more or less responds to messages + station and c. Store under your home.

Terrible! Stayed here 2 months and they scammed me for the 3rd month(sent a adjustment request had to go back abroad) and they refuse to accept it a month prior. Ended up having to pay 483 usd for a place I'm not staying in. Bed is trash very uncomfortable, very ghetto building and the only pro is the washer which is one wash away from failure lol. Another issue was the paper-thin walls and creaky wood floors. Don't stay here they will rip you off and make you think you are paying a good price. Only pro was the train station that was close that was it. You've been warned!

This is the first hotel that we stayed in after arriving to Japan, Osaka.We booked this hotel for the cheap price and somehow good location, even though it’s not in a city center, the place is easily accessible by the JR rails, and is very close to the Shirokita Koendori station.The room is really small, it includes double bedroom mattress on a hard floor, stove and microwave for cooking and a fridge. There is also a TV in the room and free to use AC.The bathroom has toilet and shower shared in the same room, there’s not much space in and the water management is awful. You need to manage the hot and cold water by yourself to get at least somehow pleasant water temperature that only last for like 20 second before the water turns to boiling hot or freezing cold and it’s just not very good regulated.We were told that the guest tend to be very noisy so the resident often call police to prevent the disturbance from loud noises.The self check in guide is easy to do, the keys are often left in the mailbox.There was a water spilled all over the room when we first checked in and we havent find out why, the landlord couldn’t provide us with an answer and he apologized and asked us what do we expect him to do with it.So the final result is that I recommend this hotel for a short stay, definitely not a place for families or someone who seeks comfortable room. Maybe for short time visitors, backpackers and people who want to save money on hotels.

I spent a week there, it really helps out! :) It can be scary at first but it's not as bad as the other comments say. For my part, the room was clean, it was not unsanitary. For the price which was really low, it is a good accommodation in a very good location.

Do NOT stay here unless you are desperate. Individual apartments are owned by same people. Pictures lie. They do not clean. Dust, dirt and stickiness throughout. What appears to be semen spots all over couch. Bedding does not cover mattress which is also dirty and stained. They just give you the run around when you complain. Hair on bed and in shower. Bathroom growing stuff. Nasty. Gross. Disgusting! Run down. You have been warned!
