The location is very convenient. It's also close to the subway. There is a supermarket, pachinko parlor, and parking lot right in front of you.The only thing I didn't like was the ceiling fan in the bathroom. There is no cover and it is exposed. So when I look up after taking a shower, there's a lot of dust. The dust is coming down from the ventilation fan. That didn't happen when I came last time. Also, I would like the shampoo to be a little more foamy.

Only the location was good. I like the convenience of being near Esaka Station.I thought I might buy some coffee, so I looked for a vending machine. The directions said 4F (cup noodles available), 1F, and B1F, so I headed to the 4F first. There was no trace of a vending machine in the vending machine corner. Foreign employee on the stairs? It seems like they are cleaning it, but it smells a bit bad.I have no choice but to go to B1F. There are only vending machines with only 4 types of beer. And my feet were soaked.I go up to the 1st floor crying. There is a beer vending machine next to the automatic entrance door and a soft drink vending machine outside.Unfortunately, it was pouring down that day, and the eagle's feet were soaked as they explored in slippers. What, here?

There weren't many outlets, so it was difficult to charge. It's located right in the downtown area, right next to Esaka Station, so it was very easy to go out to eat and shop. But you can stay there for a cheap price, so it feels like a good deal.

I made a reservation and stayed because I thought it would be cheap, but it didn't feel clean. Bathrooms, room walls, ventilation fans, etc. are often dirty and dusty, and they are not kept well-cleaned, so it is best to be aware of this when staying here. Also, the clock in the room doesn't set the date or time, so it's best not to rely on it lol. There are some decent hotels nearby, so I think that would be better. It might be worth it if price is an issue.

Do not use this hotel! You will definitely regret it!I have used many business hotels that cost 2,000 to 5,000 yen per night without meals, and this is by far the best hotel I would never use again. At first, I was excited about the loft-style room and the unique interior design that I haven't seen in other hotels, but that soon turned into a feeling of uneasiness.1. The only electrical outlet in the room is broken and is leaking electricity. The part to insert it moves loosely and is broken. The moment I plugged in the charger, it shorted out and my room lost power. I called a store employee to have the breaker reset, but sparks came from the outlet. One wrong move could have caused a fire.In the end, the power outage could not be fixed, so I was asked to change to another room.2. There's a crumpled shirt in the drawer that looks like someone took it off.I'm not sure if it was something left behind by someone who had used it before, but it was disgusting. I think this is solid evidence that cleaning is not done properly.3. The electricity in the room won't come on.When I woke up in the morning, the electricity in the bathroom of the room I had changed to was not working. Everything became a hassle and I used the toilet and shower in the dark.4. There is a lot of dust stuck to the ventilation fan.The ventilation fan directly above the bath was covered in dust and was quite dirty. The ceiling wasn't very high either, so it was uncomfortable because it was so close to my head.5.The towels smell like cigarettes even though it is a non-smoking room. There were many things that I thought were strange, even to an untrained eye. I had a certain level of trust in the hotel as it is a chain hotel that operates nationwide, but I would like to avoid using Livemax again.

What I am about to write is a fact-based point, not a frivolous anti-comment.I think it's best not to make the mistake of visiting as a couple. As you can see in the photos, it really doesn't feel clean, with a dirty freezer, broken drawers, an uncleaned ventilation fan, and a shower with water stains. We visited as a couple in our early 20s, and this was the second worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The worst! ! !It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.・First of all, the water in the toilet does not flush. When I tried to flush it after using it, I was surprised that it didn't flush at all.・No table lightEven when I plugged it into an outlet, it wouldn't turn on and was of no use.- Heavy dustIt was so dusty that I thought it had never been cleaned, and even though I was there for several nights, my luggage had been moved and my clothes were left on the floor, covered in dust.I think it's really bad for a hotel that you can't even use the toilet. I recommend you to choose another hotel
