It seems like this is a hotel with a cheap price but the quality is the best here, on a normal day it can only be 150,000 and the soup is also really good, the road is big, the parking is spacious, there is a security guard, the building is also new, and there is AC and AC and I got the non-AC section, which is okay, I use a fan. Then there's a TV, there are two mattresses, there's also a place to charge it, there's a good curtain, the toilet is clean, there's a shower, but there's no water heater, if it's non-AC, the main thing here is that it's really nice at this price and you can get really great facilities, the guard is also friendly, and there's an invoice, that's really nice. Well, basically it's like sleeping in a hotel that's really different from the others at that price, right?

The room has not been maintained, the AC is leaking, there is no cupboard, because it is near the road, at night you can't be quiet, there are lots of motorbikes whistling with exhaust

For its class, it is reasonable and very appropriate. Don't expect toothpaste and shampoo, because again, this is a guest house, not a hotel. But if you want to buy it, they provide it for IDR 10,000 (May 2024). Really good service with a very good set of human resources, you could say. The parking lot can accommodate around 8 to 10 MPV cars. The fried rice is delicious.

stayed on April 18 2024 at a price of 250 thousand/room, took the superior type, the room was clean and nice because it was still new, the wifi was fast, there was a smart TV too and the toilet was clean, the facilities were all okay, the admin was friendly and responded quickly

The location is too close to the fish auction and market, so if it rains it has little impact on safety, especially fire handling, there are no facilities to support visitor safety at all.

OK good.The rooms are narrow for the price offered.The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust so you can smell the toilet.There is no mirror for dressing up after showering.The room is not soundproof because the side of the road is right on an incline.
