I stayed here for 2 nights to go to USJ.I didn't have high expectations because the price was low, but the room was clean and the bed was big enough for a family of four to sleep together.I had a comfortable stay.There are few amenities, so pajamas and a toothbrushing set are a must. If you have long hair, I think it would be a good idea to bring your own hair dryer.

Although it is a little far from central Osaka, I am grateful that the parking lot is free.There was a convenience store nearby and the area was in a residential area so it was very quiet and relaxing, but the next morning I met the cleaning staff and they completely ignored me.It's a bit disappointing because I thought the staff and guests had a close relationship, such as guests throwing away garbage from their rooms in designated areas.

I used it on a trip to Osaka at the end of June 2024.Even if I used it at the end of USJ, I was able to check in with plenty of time.I have used various Hatagoya several times, and although there is nothing to write home about, I am very impressed by how clean and quiet they are.

I have stayed at more than 5 inns, but this one is so clean, well-maintained, and comfortable that I can say it's in a class of its own.Considering the price, I would be satisfied with other inn shops, but the Osaka Port branch has a magnificent olive tree at the entrance, lively ornamental plants at the front desk, bright flowers, and a well-maintained terrace. .The washing machine and dryer are also clean.Everyone at the front desk was calm, bright and easy to talk to, making it a very nice stay.I would be in trouble if it became too popular and I couldn't stay, so I'd like to keep it a secret lolHowever, I want it to prosper for a long time, so I will continue to write reviews! (o^^o)Convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are just 5-10 minutes away, so the location was great!I will use you again when I come to Osaka.

Great experience with a dog. Staff were warm and friendly. Room is good value and has all the basic amenities. Laundry for 200 yen wash and dry was handy. Would stay again!

Reasonable, simple, and good for families. I stayed in a twin room with four people, a husband and wife and two daughters in their 20s, and we slept comfortably.

I occasionally use it for business trips, and the room is clean.There is a lot of truck traffic, but the noise is not so loud that it bothers me. It's also great that the parking lot is free.

I stayed here for USJ purposes. You can walk to Kaiyukan and enjoy the night view on the Ferris wheel. I was satisfied because the room was spacious and reasonably priced. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It was a beautiful room.Maybe the trucks are noisy in the morning due to the location.It's in a great location, close to the Kaiyukan Aquarium.Croissants and brown sugar bread with butter in the morning? It was delicious.

I stayed here to go to UniWe stayed with 3 adults and 2 elementary school students using an extra bed, and the room was spacious enough.The room is clean and the cost performance is very good.

I stayed here for several nights with my family to go to USJ.The Kaiyukan Aquarium is also within walking distance, so I was able to go there as well.There was a parking lot, it was close to the station, and the price was reasonable.The room and facilities were clean and I felt comfortable.The breakfast bread and coffee were also delicious.I didn't have a toothbrush so I brought my own, but I don't think there will be any trash.The manager was very responsive and I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Osaka.

I have used Family Lodge several times at other stores, but for the first time at this store I was told that it would be cheaper if I made a reservation through the homepage, which I had never been told before, so please be kind. Thank you for letting me know.Due to the proximity to the port, there was a surprising amount of noise from container cars during the day, but it was quite quiet at night.

I stayed here to go to USJ. We were looking for a cheap place to stay as a family of 3 without dinner, so we decided to stay here. In the morning, there was bread (3 types), coffee, and orange juice, which was helpful. There was a bath, but there was no bath tub, so it might be better to take a shower. My son and I took a bath, but the washing area was small so we had a hard time. But it was cheap and good.

Free parking and breakfast. The staff is awesome and polite (speaks fluent English). Room is really nice and clean. Walking distance to Osaka Aquarium, Tempozan Ferris Wheel and Marketplace. About a 10-min ride to Universal Studio. I’d stay at this hotel again, the next time I visit Osaka.
