The hotel staff entered the room without permission without confirmation, not during the check-in process, not during the room cleanup, nor was there a request while valuables were in the room. Furthermore, the hotel staff left their things in the room, called at night to pick up the things when I left and there were only children in the room...it was very uncomfortable staying in a hotel with these conditions, communication was only to get forgiveness, hopefully it can be fixed.
