Used it for the first time. The sea is right in front of you, and the view from your room window is amazing. Is there art everywhere in the room? It is decorated with a luxurious feel. The lobby is on the 7th floor and the guest rooms are on the 2nd to 6th floors, a structure unique to Atami. A little confusing.The bath is also amazing. The open-air bath overlooks the sea in front of you. It feels really good. I think it's the best location. However, it was a pity that the garden was not large.The food was also very gorgeous and delicious. The only slight disappointment was that the dinner was buffet style. While it's nice to be able to eat whatever you want in as much as you want, things like tempura and pizza are completely cold. I can't calm down because I'm so nervous.

Very comfortable onsen hotel. The onsen is mixed with sea water and a little bit salty. Rooms are spacious and very nice. The view is also very nice.

It was terrible. Harvest Club is 35 years old. I finally got to Atami for the first time in a while, so I stayed with a friend. Atami is so popular that it is difficult to get a reservation. Ikkyu from other reviews? Or are there reservations for non-members as well? That's terrible...This time in Atami, the cleaning and deterioration of the guest rooms was terrible.First of all, when I entered the room, there was dust and dust...The comforter in the Japanese room is small with legs sticking out.My neck was bitten by a tick on the cushion on the bed.The hot springs are open until 12:00, but when I tried to get warm at 11:45, the cleaner said, "You have 15 minutes left. Are you okay?" I said okay, and it got warm in 10 minutes. Ta. During that time, the cleaner was in the changing room waiting for me to leave. There were other people taking a bath as well. At Harvest, I experienced for the first time that there were cleaning staff waiting at the hot springs. It's not even 12 o'clock yet...I'm not busy.When I checked out, even though I paid for the parking lot at the checkout, I was not given an exit parking ticket.Accommodation costs at Atami Izusan are higher than other facilities, parking fees are required, cleaning is not thorough, and the staff are inattentive (Katsuura even remembers the names of the members. Also, if you are the owner, you will receive a refund on the same day. They are attentive and change the room to suit your needs.) The futons are small...Maybe because it's so popular, there's no membership service.There was a lot of clumsiness and discomfort.Harvest Atami Izuyama. Was it like this?This time, I had a ticket for Katsuura, but I also own Atami Izuyama. However, the distance from the hot spring to the room is far.It was all disappointing.If it's a membership system, there doesn't seem to be a manager or concierge who takes care of owner information and takes charge.

It's beautiful, it's a different world. It was crowded due to the three-day weekend, but I was still very satisfied.I can't comment on the interior design of the guest rooms as they vary depending on the location, but all guest rooms face the beautiful ocean.The public bath is large, and you can see Atami Castle lit up from the open-air bath.The lounge is exclusive to the owner, but anyone can use the spa lounge on the basement floor. Personally, I liked the spa lounge because I could use it without worrying about being seen. You can drink a cup of coffee for 200 yen.The morning buffet is also delicious. They have a luxurious selection of both Japanese and Western food, and they have a wide selection of drinks, including fruit juices, yogurt, and coffee.The shops only sell a few daily necessities, so we recommend buying them at convenience stores.My only regret was that I didn't bring a swimsuit. The spa was full of kids, but I still wish I could have entered it a little.

I was able to make a reservation, but no matter how popular the hotel was, they didn't treat customers very well. Employees are not trained to handle phone calls! !The next time I called, it was after 9:30, so I heard a proper guidance, and I pressed pushbutton line 1 according to the guidance.An announcement was also made that the call would be recorded to improve the quality. I would like the contents of the phone call I made earlier to be recorded, and I would like my boss or manager to hear what the male hotel staff member who answered the phone said to the customer! !I think it's a hotel with a nice building and a nice view, but the service on the phone when making reservations is the worst. As mentioned in other people's 1 star reviews, the quality of the employees is very poor. In terms of employee training, we are below that of a convenience store. It's a members only hotel, but up until now it was really only for members and not open to the general public, but from around the end of last year, it became possible to stay through travel sites like Ikkyu, and the meaning of the membership system has changed. It's gone.Moreover, while Ikkyu's website says there are rooms left on Friday, the member's website has no rooms available for the weekend. It has become increasingly difficult to make reservations.Since it is a members only hotel, I would like them not to list it on lodging sites such as Ikkyu, and I would like them to prioritize members over business.That's why I went out of my way to purchase a membership.It seems like it's called Hotel Harvest, not Harvest Club, but there's never been a Hotel Harvest like that before (is there even a signboard like that?), and they're suddenly accepting regular guests, and the members own their share, and the facility fees are... Even though you are paying for everything including renovations to the common areas, are you also paying for the general portion? ←I think this is important.Even on TV, it's a short 4-minute drama that looks more like a commercial than a Harvest program, and I don't really understand what it's trying to say? Comedy? Are you putting effort into sales, such as broadcasting?

It's unique among Harvest and has a great atmosphere. The view from the guest rooms is of course nice, but what's even better is that you can see the sea of Atami from the lobby floor. It feels special because you can only stay as a member or through a member referral (not eligible for shareholder benefits).The food isn't particularly delicious, but I think it's just as delicious as other Harvest restaurants.It is more convenient to have a car, but there are also tourist attractions nearby, which makes it easier to get around.

For breakfast, Kiraku's breakfast set meal or horse mackerel set meal is very delicious.I especially love that they bring the horse mackerel to me after grilling it. Smells and looks very nice.The vegetable juice has evolved and is delicious.The morning buffet gets crowded, so Japanese food is more relaxing!

It was a nice hotel with a great view. There is also a spectacular view from the large public bath. It was easy to get into the room from the parking lot, so it was easy to put in and take out luggage. Since I was with my pet, there were many stairs to walk around, which made it difficult. In the early morning, there is a sign telling you to go out on the national highway, but the guardrail on the sidewalk ends in the middle, so you can't take a walk. It's tough for pets. The food is delicious and satisfying.
