The first chalet next to the parking lot is very spacious, complete and very comfortable, it has chalets for 4, 5, 6 and 10 people. I thought it would be cool to have 2 showers, as with 10 people it would be difficult to have just 1... Equipped with a fridge (I thought it was small for the number of people), there is a kettle, electric cooker and some utensils and hygiene products (as I didn't know what we would have, so we took many items)...Bed linen is available at an additional cost (we take it, but it is mandatory to use the ones from the chalet). You can also have a barbecue and there is a place to dispose of garbage. There are also chalets that allow pets and have a fenced area for them to enjoy leisure. "We regret that they are not open between 30/12 and 02/01, as we Brazilians have a tradition of celebrating "New Year's Eve" with dinner at midnight on the last day of the year, and here we miss a spacious place like this for these meetings. between family and friends. But we will return on other dates as it is well located.

At the end of September, I stayed the night before to climb Mt. Sanbe early in the morning. Bring your tarp and tent and use the general area. There is a rear car storage area near the parking lot, making it easy to transport your luggage.Since it was a weekday, there were very few people using the site and it was spacious. At night, the sky is full of stars. There were so many stars visible that I was confused about identifying the constellations. It's a good deal to be able to use it for 1000 yen per piece.

On a weekday in mid-September, I went solo camping for 3 nights at a general campsite (free site, 1 pitch, no cars allowed). This time, we used Mt. Sanbe (we chose a high-altitude location because it's been hot lately) as our base camp for sightseeing around the World Heritage Site Iwami Ginzan and Hamada City to Ota City. There are many carts prepared for camping and transporting equipment, but personally, I have recently been aiming for lightweight equipment and camping, so I carried it by hand, including for practice (I managed to carry it in two round trips) lol)). There are multiple toilets, kitchens, hot showers (charges apply), and coin laundry facilities (charges apply) for your comfort (100 yen coins required). The weather was such that a typhoon was heading toward China, becoming a tropical cyclone, and another typhoon was on the way, so we used a tent with a large front room (no need to use a tarp). There was thunder and showers on the first night, but only a little rain. On the night of our third night, strong winds raged for about 4 hours, perhaps due to the effects of a tropical cyclone (we had installed reinforcing guy ropes upwind in anticipation since the typhoon had passed). The shop in the reception building also had vending machines, ice, ice cream, water, beer, cup noodles, gas, firewood, souvenirs, and more. There are no shops nearby, but you can camp with peace of mind (I forgot to buy ice on the second day, so thank you for your help). As for garbage disposal, it is generally recommended that you take it home with you, but since we were staying for 3 consecutive nights, we asked them to dispose of 2 nights' worth of garbage (we were given a reasonable price, so we took 1 day's worth of garbage home with us).Perhaps because it was a weekday in the off-season, we were able to enjoy a very quiet camping experience and sightseeing in the San'in area. It takes about 3 hours from my home, but I wanted to visit you again. thank you.

All of the staff members who dealt with us were pleasant. We also have security measures in place and will give you contact information in case of an emergency. Above all, you can enjoy camping at a reasonable price and with peace of mind. Recommended!

I stayed at the lodge with my pet. There was no air conditioner, but there was a fan. Although it was August, I didn't feel the heat at night. The wooden windows were distorted by humidity and were difficult to open. Also, there is a gap of about 2 cm between the screen door and the window, which allows insects to enter. There are two dog runs, one for large dogs and one for small dogs, but the one for small dogs was locked and I couldn't use it. I have a small dog, but when a large dog came in, I got scared and stopped moving. I think it's a little unreasonable to have them together. It's a shame because I was looking forward to the dog run.

I came here to photograph the starry sky. This place was a good place to see the starry sky because there were no city lights and it was open.
